  I reserved a car for my friend, whose English was not very good, the lady refused that I helped him and keeps trying to verify his DOB and address in English she also wanted to know his past car rental experience. She rejected his business credit card also(because it is a business card, but his name is on the card) This is definitely discrimination. And she refused that I help him. First time at rental car I have someone so rude and never had any experience that rental agency verifies this way, they should have system to detect if driving license is real or not.

  The rental experience was fine it was when I returned the car I forgot winning lottery scratchers in the glove box and they were not honest enough to give them back and I know for a fact, they were left in the glove box so be sure to get valuables out of the car when returning it

  I had to rent a car at the last minute... I went to this location... I was very treated well... Conner was the rep who helped me with my situation... He done a great job... He is a very honest, pleasant and professional person... He deserves the highest accolades one can receive...Thanks so much Conner....

  Made a reservation. An email was sent confirming my reservation. A text was sent asking me to check-in for my reservation. I completed the check-in process and paid for my reservation. I was in an Uber on my way to pick up a car and received an email canceling my reservation due to lack of availability and offering zero support in finding a rental car. I called the local location to confirm and was dismissed by the rep, Jac, without apology or offer to help find a solution. The lack of customer service tells me the rep either was having a bad day or hates their job, or maybe a little of both.

  We rented the car last Friday around 5pm due to our AC going out and having to place in shop. We live in Texas and were in OKC for my birthday. The agent at the Broadway location was rude stating I would have to return the car to that location before 12 noon because that was when they closed, not willingly to work with us on a rental deal or reasonable return, assumed me and my mother were a married couple. The car he rented us had a bad tire. We left the lot and drove about 30 mins and all kinds of dashboard lights came on indicating a low tire. I pulled into the Enterprise on 60th st and the guy was very helpful and aired up tire for me. We go shopping, dinner, and casino leaving at 10:30ish the tire was completely flat. I drove to gas station to pump up tire while on phone with enterprise roadside, who explained if someone came to me to change tire I would have to pay an additional $78. I explained this is not my car not my problem. She also stated I could go exchange the car at the airport because that was the only location open. I go to airport after getting lost arriving at almost 11:30 and Blake was absolutely amazing and helpful he was able to put us in another car and made all the paperwork state for me to return car to airport. Dealing with enterprise was a headache that I do not want to ever experience again.
