I received a confirmation email and 3 hours later I get a rude call stating they can't honor our reservation and I need to contact a larger rental car provider. They did not cancel my reservation and now I am on hold with them for 10 minutes to clarify their very unclear communication. Rude. Unprofessional. I better not get charged for this.

- KJkaye jonesMay 2, 20261.0I rented a Genesis it was super nice and we got over 200 miles and noticed a nail in the tire, they had us come to Dallas airport and they put us in a pickup truck with no rails and we both are 65 years old and when we got back the manager on 14th and broadway was very rude to me.. my husband asked him if he treated all his customers like that? He called me a couple of days later and apologized said he was having a bad day and im still not happy
