  I landed in Guthrie Ok, KGOK where both of my rental cars were delivered to Apex Aero Center. Blake made sure we had what we needed and were satisfied with our rentals cars. Blake also made contact with me afterwards to confirm all went well, which I must say was a smooth, care free experience.

  I called to get a last minute rental. They did not have stock (I understand that, it was a long shot). However, the agent was incredibly short and rude.

  Really sub par service and the vehicle was dirty upon rental . The customer service really needs to be improved.

  I rarely leave negative reviews, but after more than two months of trying to resolve this directly, I feel others should know about my experience. I rented a vehicle from this Enterprise location that had a strong cigarette smoke odor. The odor transferred to my children's car seats, and Enterprise agreed to reimburse me for the $80 professional cleaning. I submitted the receipt on May 22, exactly as requested. Since then, I've sent multiple emails, left approximately a dozen voicemail messages, and have only been able to speak with the manager once. During that conversation, he assured me he would call me back by the end of the day that Monday. He never did, and none of my subsequent calls have been returned. At this point, my frustration isn't about the $80. It's about the complete lack of communication and failure to follow through after making a commitment. If a business agrees to reimburse a customer and requests documentation, the customer shouldn't have to spend months chasing a response. Problems happen in every business. What matters is how they're handled. Unfortunately, my experience has been one of broken promises, unanswered messages, and poor customer service. I hope Enterprise addresses both the reimbursement and the communication issues so future customers don't have a similar experience.

  Every time I rent from this place I am promised a certain vehicle and it is never there, always offered something smaller, or sent to another location like deer creek or the airport if I want something. Sometimes these appointments have been made weeks in advance. Between the automated system, phone personal, and people is store it’s a cluster and have never once had a good experience here. Just save your precious time and rent somewhere else or Uber. Won’t ever be back for them to ruin my plans again.
