  Inside sales team are super nice and helpful. The vehicles are a little questionable on the mechanics side is questionable and their detailer could be a little better found a snack bar in the passenger side sun visor that had been left by a previous renter obviously.and didn't smell the cleanest either had a mass smell of air freshener, cig smoke and dirty feet or clothes so their detailed needs to take better pride in his/her job. But the odor was bad enough i even tried to spray air freshener inside of it and that didn't help so would say replacement of the cab filter was needed. But the rental team inside are very helpful and kind. The office manager did try to make it up to me at least but somethings aren't their fault but others on the team needs to take pride in their part of the job. Good luck! Safe and Happy travels!

  Blake and Brady were absolutely amazing! I was honestly nervous about renting a car, but they were both so kind, patient, helpful, and welcoming from the moment I arrived. They explained everything clearly, answered all of my questions, and made the entire process incredibly smooth and stress-free. Their customer service went above and beyond, but what stood out most was how genuinely kind they both were. You can tell they truly care about their customers and want everyone to have a great experience. I left feeling completely comfortable and confident, and I will absolutely be coming back to this Enterprise location because of Blake and Brady. They are wonderful people and a huge asset to the company!

  I came in close to closing time and while Tyrone was taking care of me and went to go get the car, the system crashed. Him and Edward went out of their way to apologize and comp the gas for the 30-45 minute delay. When I took off with the vehicle we noticed that the tires were starting to strip and showing the wires on both rear tires and not allowing us to complete our trip. I came in that next morning to return the vehicle, that’s when Blake and Edward’s assisted me in getting a full refund for mishaps that was wayyyy beyond and out of their control! I have just got to say that you have an A team employed for your company and they went above to make things right! Thank you gentlemen!!

  If you’re planning to rent a car with Enterprise, I highly recommend visiting this location and asking for Blake Eberhardt, the Branch Rental Manager. He is truly the best of the best. Blake will take care of you from start to finish, making the entire rental process smooth, easy, and hassle-free. Outstanding customer service like his is hard to find, and he goes above and beyond to make sure you’re well taken care of.

  Check in/out fairly quick. Rides to pick up and drop off car were a huge bonus! Staff very accommodating.
