  We are extremely disappointed with our experience at this Enterprise location. This used to be the only location we would visit. We made our reservation back in May and even completed the online check-in the day before our scheduled pickup, so there should have been no surprises. When we arrived, we were told the only vehicle available was a Honda Ridgeline, but it had a nail in the tire and was being repaired. We understood that things happen, so we agreed to come back in an hour. When we returned, the truck was still being repaired. We asked if someone could simply call us when it was ready, and they assured us they would. We never received a phone call. As a result, we were delayed nearly four hours for a rental that had been reserved months in advance. We never did get tow rental and was forced to drive my personal vehicle which I was trying to avoid. The lack of communication and complete disregard for our time was unacceptable. If there were issues with vehicle availability, someone should have contacted us well before we arrived, especially since we had already checked in online. I have been a loyal Enterprise member for quite some time, which makes this experience even more disappointing. I have always trusted Enterprise for my rental needs, but this experience has caused me to seriously reconsider renting here again. This location has unfortunately gone downhill. Customer service has clearly declined, and the lack of communication and professionalism fell far below what I expect from Enterprise. I would appreciate it if local or regional management would contact me directly to discuss this experience and how it will be addressed. I sincerely hope management takes these concerns seriously and makes meaningful improvements so future customers do not experience the same level of frustration.

  They charged me a total of $100 in deposit fees when they’re only supposed to charge $50, and then they didn’t reimburse my $100. The deposit fee is supposed to be reimbursed after returning the car. They only reimbursed me $50 & continually told me that they only charged me $50 & kept telling me I was wrong. I couldn’t believe it. With my own eyes I saw the transaction in my bank account but they’re keeping my money anyways! Don’t rent here! They’re thieves!

  I am beyond furious. I reserved a car days ago, got the confirmation code, and showed up today only to be told they have zero cars on the lot. To quote a famous TV show: “You know how to take the reservation, you just don't know how to hold the reservation. And that's really the most important part of the reservation.” The customer service was an absolute joke. The agent didn't care at all, offered zero solutions, and basically told me I was out of luck. Why even allow people to book online if your inventory management is this incompetent? I am now stranded, missing my plans, and scrambling to find a last-minute ride , Incredibly unreliable. Do not trust them if you actually need to be somewhere.

  Absolute disaster of an experience. I made a reservation in advance, received a confirmation email, and showed up on time only to be told, "Sorry, we don't actually have any cars available right now." What is the point of a reservation if you don't actually hold the vehicle? The staff was completely unbothered by the fact that they left me stranded at the counter with absolutely no backup plan. No offer to upgrade me, no offer to call another branch, just a shrug and a "nothing we can do." My entire schedule for the day was completely ruined. If you actually need to get somewhere, do yourself a favor and book with literally anyone else. Enterprise completely dropped the ball. Avoid this location at all costs!

  The ladies at the Enterprise on Rockwell gave me such a great experience. They got me into a Toyota for the weekend with ease. The rate was also affordable and everyone seemed so friendly. Most importantly, the service was flawless. They were all so attentive with each one of their customers when I arrived to pick up my car and when I dropped my car back off. I work in the restaurant industry and it’s nice to see hospitable service in other industries. I will continue using Enterprise because of this crew. Thank yall!
