- DPDarrell PattersonSep 20, 20265.0Best rental experience that I have had. Ask for Darby she is knowledgeable, kind, and has a great attitude!
- MGMary GagnonSep 5, 20261.0I wouldn't even give them a one but I have no choice. I called the main Central number to reserve a car. When I got to the local office they had no information about it and this is at 5:30 in the evening just before they were about to close at 6:00. Thankfully there was a car available. They have you sign everything on an iPad they said they would email me the agreement which they never did when I returned the car they said they would email me my receipt they never did. When I called customer service after the 48-hour wait because I could not even look up the receipt on their website they said they would email me my information and they did not. I don't know how a company stays in business that expects you to sign paperwork and make payments and not show you what your signing and what you're paying for and then don't follow up on emailing it to you.
- MMMatt MAug 27, 20265.0I tried to book this through Costco, but the price was a little lower on their site as a member. They gave me an upgrade so I was very happy with the car. No issues whatsoever. The staff at this location were friendly and the only delay was getting my upgrade ready.
