- JJJames E Sturgis Jr5 days ago1.0I reserved a car a day ahead of time with my credit card for a one way rental to Albuquerque. They have all my personal information and I have a contract in hand. They called mid-morning today and cancelled my reservation. They rented the car out from under me. This is a breach of contract and they have created a hardship for me as I was going to retrieve my car after needed repairs on the road. There are no other cars from other rental agencies or at the airport, which is where they referred me. Now they don’t even answer the phone. So now I am stuck trying to get a Greyhound bus. DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE! They responded in lawyerly fashion. But I am stranded without a car. I will also respond in lawyerly fashion, because my spouse is one and will advise me on how to proceed. The correct response would have been, “Your car is waiting.”

Waited for them 30+ minutes after promised pickup time and when they finally answered the phone they didn’t know what explanation to give. They just transferred me to a different enterprise without notice.
