- MMMatt MAug 27, 20265.0I tried to book this through Costco, but the price was a little lower on their site as a member. They gave me an upgrade so I was very happy with the car. No issues whatsoever. The staff at this location were friendly and the only delay was getting my upgrade ready.

THEIR SYSTEM LETS YOU BOOK CARS FOR RENT THAT THEY DO NOT HAVE I TRIED TO BOOK A CAR FOR RENT, MY PAYMENT WENT THROUGH AND THEY HAVE NO CARS AVAILABLE AND THEY DID ABSOLUTELY NOTHING TO TRY AND HELP US THEY JUST SCAMMED US OUT OF MONEY DO NOT USE ENTERPRISE. THEY BOOK CARS THAT THEY DO NOT HAVE AND THEY DO NOT CARE.

Someone from the location called me 10 minutes before pickup to tell me the vehicle was not ready. Mind you I had to take an Uber to pick up the vehicle and was on the way there. I made a reservation for the next day and called several times to confirm prior to pickup and no one answered.
- ACandre cookAug 16, 20261.0I called and secured a reservation….the lady told me and confirmed all the info…i went to pick up the car and they had no record…because i needed to return the car to another location (which the lady told me i could) …at the last minute i went across town to the other location and was luckily able to get a car for a third of the price which seemed odd…. while I was there, a lady came in and asked if she could return her car to the airport location ( which is exactly what i wanted to do because the airport was open later) and they told her it was fine …with a fee…3 different locations told me 3 different things …we have rented from here at least 10 times and this was the worst experience ever
