DJ was exceptional—professional, courteous, patient, and genuinely caring. Due to my leaving important documents at home, our transaction lasted until about 9:00 that evening, yet DJ remained kind and professional throughout. What truly impressed me was that after I left, DJ called and asked me to text him when I arrived home safely. That was far beyond what I expected from a salesman and showed how much he genuinely cared about his customer. Enterprise Car Sales has an outstanding employee in DJ Johnson. I will gladly recommend Enterprise to my friends and family—and I will specifically tell them to ask for DJ! And my 2026 Hyundai Kona is spectacular! They offered a replacement with higher mileage and fewer features at the same price, refusing any concession for their mistake. I wasn’t looking for a discount; I was looking for accountability. Unfortunately, customer satisfaction clearly wasn’t a priority.
