  Our truck died in OKC while we were on a cross country trip. It was towed to Classic on a Saturday after service closed. The sales department was amazing in helping us get it dropped off. The service department understood that we were in a bit of a different situation and got it in to take a look in Monday. They found the problem, communicated with us and got parts ordered on Monday. They got the parts and had the truck back on the road by Thursday afternoon. They were easy to communicate with through the whole process. Fair prices and attention to detail. We could not be happier. Gary and the team were amazing. Thank you for the rapid service.

  Brian in sales was the best that I have ever had! he was fast, efficient and got me in and out in no time! He listened to what i was needing and found the perfect fit! I've always had bad time with previous salesmen at other dealerships, but cant recommend Brian enough for putting me at ease and not being pushy! Financing crew was top notch and Noee was amaaaazing! thanks classic chevrolet and team!

  After a very disappointing experience at another dealership, I stopped by Classic Chevrolet in Oklahoma City, and from the moment I arrived, everything changed. Brian went above and beyond to help me. Even though it was after hours, he never made me feel rushed or like I was an inconvenience. He stayed late to make sure everything was taken care of and worked hard to get me into my beautiful new Chevy Equinox. The entire process was smooth, professional, and stress-free. Everyone treated me with kindness, respect, and genuine care. They took the time to answer my questions, made sure I was comfortable with every step, and truly made me feel like they valued my business. I couldn’t be happier with my new vehicle, and I’m so thankful I decided to stop at Classic Chevrolet. Brian’s dedication, patience, and outstanding customer service completely turned my day around.   Classic Chevrolet OKC is most definitely the nicest car dealership I have ever been to. From the moment I got there until I left they were friendly, transparent, and made me feel at home and valued. Their lobby was immaculate and very comfortable to wait in. They had free popcorn, snacks, and coffee as well as a charging station, and comfy chairs to wait and relax in. Everyone was so upbeat and seemed like they enjoyed being there. It was and amazing and positive experience. The shop foreman rode with me to troubleshoot the problem with my Trailblazer. He was very personable, funny, and showed he really cared and loves his job and being there. The owners were engaged at every level and the amount of customer service and passion showed and was much appreciated! I enjoyed being there and will continue to come to there for all my vehicles needs. You all are awesome! Thank you so much!

  UPDATED: I WANNA START BY SAYING THE FACT ANYONE REACHED OUT TO TEY AND MAKE THINGS RIGHT IS ALWAYS A POSITIVE FROM ANY COMPANY AND SHAUN WAS HELPFUL AND THE ENTIRE TIME GARY WAS A GREAT PERSON I KNOW EVERYONE WAS WORKING HARD IN THE HEAT AND THEY LISTENED TO MY COMPLAINTA ABOUT THE WAY APPOINTMENTS ARE DONE. I WILL BE A RETURNING CUSTOMER MAYBE NEXT TIME EVERYTHING WILL GO MUCH SMOOTHER. This review is subject to change as I am still in the middle of waiting for the final results of the full experience. But right off the bat the service center scheduling system is broken I needed to get my car looked at and I have a large family and full-time job. When I scheduled my appointment at 7am on Monday the week before I was not informed that other people can also schedule and drop their cars off earlier like Saturday and they move ahead of you. SO WHAT IS THE POINT OF SCHEDULING A TIME THEN???? Some of us have very busy hectic lives and do not have multiple vehicles to rely on. This was never made clear or explained and I dropped my car off at 7am on a Monday and heard nothing back most of the day without me calling to get an update. I understand places can get busy and yes it is hot I WORK IN IT ALSO but again what is the point in scheduling a drop off time if it means absolutely nothing??? I hope I can update this review after all is said and done but currently it ain't looking very good. This better be one of those places that waves the diagnostic charge if you get the work done or something cause being left in limbo for over 24hrs when you schedule an appointment is ridiculous the place I stopped going to because of their service at least would get me through within a couple hours or so. Very disappointed this far! I will say the people have been very friendly and polite that cannot go without a mention...
