    We purchased a brand-new unit and have had nothing but problems from day one. Right off the lot, the fridge was out and several other items weren’t working properly, forcing us to take it straight back to the dealership. It has now been 8 weeks of dealing with this mess. The service department even put the wrong repair order in, which took me weeks of trying to get ahold of the warranty department just to figure out. I had to be the one to tell them their order was wrong. Now, after being told for over a week that the parts had been delivered, the dealership is suddenly saying they never received them. Their “backup plan” is only being mentioned now, knowing we have a trip coming up this Friday that we’ve already spent hundreds of dollars on and needed our unit packed and ready for. This has been one of the most frustrating and disappointing experiences we’ve ever had. I wish I could give this place zero stars. We should have kept our old unit instead of trading it in—they made several thousand off our 2023 Montana, and all we’ve gotten in return is stress, wasted time, and missed plans.
