  My spouse and I went shopping for a trailer post 4th of July 26. We went to Camping World OKC and were shown a 30'+ trailer, Montana 5th wheel, that we said we would consider. We had one more place to go, which we stated to the salesperson. The salesperson said if we were interested, we should put down a deposit, which would be 100% refunded if we decided to go with another dealership. Our next stop at a rival dealership, we found a much better trailer- Grand Design for 25-30% less money! In about 20 hours or less, we contacted the Camping World salesperson to refund our deposit. After making several attempts to contact with zero reply from the salesperson, we left the salesperson a message to let him know that we'd file a complaint. Shortly after that we heard from the salesperson, a short, curt text message stating "Your money has been refunded buddy". I checked my online bank records daily which contradicted the $500 refund. Finally, about 14 days into waiting for a refund that never showed, we contacted our credit card company to verify the refund had been processed as stated in the text. It had not. Only the record of them taking the deposit, but no attempt to put it back. Since the refund was never started, the credit card company advanced the refund and opened an investigation. Then two months later our credit card company notified us that the investigation was being closed and being processed in our favor. After this experience, we will not be doing business with them again!

  Had our new camper ( which was recently purchasedfeom them for 23 days for 3 issues, biggest one being rear bedroom A/C pushed little to no air . After 3 weeks we got it back saying “ all good” . I think their idea off fixing the issues was aluminum tape under a living room vent to push more air back. Still no airflow back in back bedroom. Stay away service department is clueless .

  Service department is very slow. Dropped off rv on Tuesday for oil change and did not get completed till Friday. And would not have gotten done then if I wouldn't have called and complained. When went to pick it up they said wasn't ready because they didn't have the oil for the generator change. My question is they knew what they were doing for our rv and should have had everything to do it before pulling it in garage.

  Basically, everything they told us was a lie. I used to work at the Camping World of San Antonio, and we were a top-notch location who always kept our word. This Oklahoma City East location is a joke. We bought a 5th wheel om June 30th. Our salesman, Fermin, said "everything works" on this RV and he could have it delivered the next day. They didn't deliver it until 4 days later and the battery was dead so we couldn't have a walk-through to show that 'everything worked." I had to make a 50-mile round trip to get a new battery before I could check the RV out. Turns out that the auto-level feature did not work and the rear jacks were completely destroyed, apparently in a collision with something. The service rep later told me that there were pictures of the broken jacks in the service file, but they delivered it to us anyway without disclosing the problem. We called to have the RV taken back for repairs and they did take it back but kept it until Sept 8th, 9 weeks later! It cost us thousands of dollars in hotels and BnB costs since we couldn't stay in our RV! In the meantime, they sent me emails to monitor the service progress, but the link to the website never worked. In all this time, they never called me once - I had to call to get a progress update every week. After repairs were made, they promised to deliver it on a Monday, but didn't actually show up until Tuesday. When they did finally deliver it, 1 propane tank was missing and the other tank was empty. The never fixed the auto-level feature but I was able to manually level the unit. The bed had an upright position so you could sit up in bed to read a book. It was stuck in the upright position, but the service department couldn't figure out how to fix it. We finally told them to just disable it and lay the bed down flat. Before they delivered the RV I purchased a sanitary connection on their website and asked the service rep to have it placed in the outside compartment. Of course, the didn't do it so we had another 50-mile round trip to pick it up. So we paid for a fully operational RV but got a very deficient RV with a much lower resale value than what we paid for. Do not trust these people!
