Corey was wonderful — nice, understanding, and efficient. He found several things that needed correcting and took care of them, without overcharging me to where I couldn't afford it. He helped me out a lot and got me back rolling. I need my vehicle to take care of my mother, and Corey understood that. He went above and beyond to make sure I can take care of her the proper way. Thank you so much, Corey — you have a forever customer here.

The team was absolutely awesome. Rolled in needing some major things fixed on my vehicle. They were NOT pushy and very accommodating of my concerns, listened to me, and presented options. All these other companies can go ahead and close shop. Don’t waste your time trying to get quotes elsewhere. This will definitely be my mechanic shop moving forward.

Great experience at Brakes Plus. My back brakes were really low, and they did the job for $146. Another shop said I needed new rotors, but Brakes Plus explained they weren't necessary and didn't try to overcharge me. Friendly staff, everyone greets you warmly. Very helpful. Highly recommend.

The team at Brakes Plus are truly Amazing. They are honest and up front about what your car needs. Every place I called wanted between $450.00 to $600.00 for pads and more for rotors. Total cost at some were $1000.00. I went to Brakes Plus and it was $220.00 for the premium pads and they are lifetime replacement. I live in Joplin Missouri but, I will drive to OKC just to have my car serviced at Brakes Plus. They are Great!*****💕. Another five star day at Brakes Plus*****. I had my oil changed today. They are so AWESOME! What great prices and excellent service. Outstanding Place to go for your auto service. They do NOT try to rip you off. Like I said I live in Joplin Missouri. I will be back when I need service again. The whole team is excellent and Cory Yaprem the store manager is GREAT at his job too! He is very customer service oriented. Cory makes everything run smooth and efficient. Their prices are unbelievable. In Joplin they charge me $126.00 for oil change. Brakes Plus it was only $50. Great prices and a great team 👍💕

They restored my faith in humanity! I called them from the waiting room of a Pep Boys after one of the most comically horrible experiences I've ever had in any kind of auto repair environment. When I found out how much cheaper Brakes Plus was going to be I asked pepboys to give me my keys back. Pep Boys charged me $300 just for labor even though they didn't actually service my car. I was totally fine with that because even with that charge Brakes Plus was cheaper than Pep Boys with rotors and brakes included. Brakes plus quoted me cheaper than what my parts would have actually cost but they honored that lower price once I got there. Whereas Pep Boys took 3 hours just to get my car back there (even though I had an appointment), breaks plus was able to get me in and out of there and under an hour even though I was just a walk in. The Men Who worked there were incredibly polite and helpful and the office was clean and pleasant I can't say enough good things but I will definitely go back there for all of my regular maintenance needs
