  The staff here was extremely friendly and informative, gave me the rundown of my problem and everything that it would require. They were even willing to finance. I was happy to see they weren’t just a tire and brake place, and fixed my coolant system and leak, finished in a short period of time. I live in the neighborhood right behind, so they were generous to give me a ride and back. I will definitely be back!

  This specific shop is definitely one of the best with super helpful staff. I have a drift car and don’t usually get work done at shops due to many bad experiences in okc but the staff were extremely helpful and very friendly even though I was a bit of a picky customer and took my car back almost 3 times to get my car dialed in how i like it and Justin was super helpful and i would say the staff definitely go above and beyond to make sure you leave happy.

  I don’t know where you found the angel of a human being in Brian who takes care of the customer who come in— but he is absolutely incredible! I will bring my vehicle back here from now on. He is beyond amazing in how he takes care of customers with warmth and kindness, conversation and clear communication about what your vehicle needs. I am new fan of Brakes Plus because of his customer service.

  I don't have a good or bad opinion yet, but will adjust my rating accordingly to future events. Be careful who you do business with. My wife has gone in to this location twice, and each time she has been told she needs something new fixed. Sure, it's only twice, but it's still suspicious that we were told to spend upwards of $2,000 after the second time. Does her car need work? Sure, maybe. But be careful who you do business with. Make sure you are asking around at other places before going with a said business. We've had past business scare us into expensive purchases when we found out we didn't need them to begin with. Brakes Plus might be legit and doing their due diligence. But, they also might be trying to take advantage of people. Hard to say just yet.

  eview Very disappointed with the service and the outcome. We brought our 2018 Chevy Express to Brakes Plus because the brake pedal was soft and the brakes were not working properly. We were told the master cylinder and power brake booster were bad, and we paid to have both replaced. We were then told there was a leak in the main brake line, which they said they repaired. According to our invoice, we also paid for a brake fluid flush, a custom brake line, additional brake line/hose parts, and labor. Our total was over $1,900. Unfortunately, the problem was not resolved. After bringing the van home, the brake pedal now stays all the way on the floor, and the brake lights remain on constantly. The van is not safe to drive. What is especially frustrating is that we paid for major brake-system repairs and were told the brake-line leak had been repaired, yet we still do not have a functioning braking system and new problems. We expected the vehicle to be safe and properly repaired after spending this much money. I would strongly recommend getting a second opinion before authorizing major brake repairs here.
