This is my first time using brakes plus for any type of vehicle maintenance. Upon walking in, I explained what was happening. Brian was very quick to tell me that inspections were free. Once the inspection process was completed, they found an issue with my rear brakes. They were not extremely pushy about getting the repairs done just provided me with all the necessary options. I ended up doing the repair and the issue has since subsided. Brian was very communicative And helpful I will be continuing to use them for the maintenance on my truck

I came in at the last min due to being in school full time and they got me in even though they were about to close and got it done super quick! Great customer service! This is where I will be coming from here on out!

I went in without expectations since they were having a new business sale and left with what has been one of if not the best experience with a mechanics shop. The staff was wonderful and very knowledgeable. I initially went in for an oil change and a brake check. I ended up having the front brakes done and waited for it to be done. In total I was there for about 3 hours from start to finish for all of it. I saw them come out and talk to the people in the waiting area and they were very friendly and upfront with everyone about their recommendations. They have definitely earned a repeat customer from me. I would give them more stars if I could because it was a 10/10 experience.

Need to get my alignment checked and it was out. All employees were very nice, informative, and new what was going on. They told me what was out and had it aligned in about and hour. I would recommend this place. Next time I will get my oil changed there.
