  I love the customer service. I did feel very comfortable and Pamela and Darnell took excellent care to listen and help. I feel like I can send my daughters there with their cars and they will treated with respect. Loved it! Highly recommend. 👍

  Thank you so much for the wonderful customer service this morning. I was overwhelmed with a tire issue but the whole team explained what exactly was wrong with the tire. They suggested Discount Tires and Discount Tires took care of the issue! I will definitely be back because the customer service was amazing. Thank you again!!

  Darnell was very easy to work with. He gave up front pricing, kept us informed throughout the day on the status of our vehicle, and there was no funny business of trying to add on more work outside of what we had discussed. They were honest and informed us of other repairs that would need to be addressed but there was no pressure or hassle about getting it done right that moment. The work was done efficiently and our vehicle is running significantly better than when it got brought in! Great customer service and great pricing! We will definitely be visiting Darnell at Brakes Plus in the future!

  Darnell Pamela are ROCKSTARS let me tell you it’s a laundry list of things I needed my poor baby. My poor Carr was rolling on faith and abundance. I didn’t have no gas no nothing no tread no pads no rotors. I didn’t have nothing but the team got me fixed up and I only had a certain amount and even told them hey listen if anything let’s do the full breaks rotors all that and I’ll just do the oil another day Mr. Darnell looked up at me from the computer went out to the shop came back into the office as a baby. You’re gonna need that damn oil change. Let me see what I can work up for you. Not only was the Service amazing but put the safety of other people as well as myself before price tag and I will most definitely be back because I got a little thing going on in my air-conditioning too

  I can't thank Bryce and the team at Brake Plus enough. My brakes were screeching badly, and when I called around at 4:50 PM, every other shop told me I'd have to wait until the next morning. I called Brake Plus, and Bryce immediately understood the situation and got me in even though they closed at 6:00 PM. Instead of sending me away, Bryce and the team stayed late to make sure my brakes and rotors were replaced that same evening. They didn't leave until around 6:45 PM because they wanted to make sure my vehicle was safe to drive. That level of customer service and concern for a customer's safety is rare these days. Bryce went above and beyond, and I'm extremely grateful for the professionalism, dedication, and willingness to help when I needed it most. I highly recommend Brake Plus to anyone looking for honest people who truly care about their customers.
