  One of the most amazing customer service experiences I’ve ever had, the most lovely souls filled with so much warmth and consideration. Put a smile on my face and got done with my car in a timely and efficient manner even when I was in a bit of a rush! I know they are filled with integrity and were truly here to help me, they worked with me to make the price even better than I’d imagined as well. Some of the best quality service I’ve had in a long time such friendly welcoming souls! Very clean space and bathrooms I felt very safe at this establishment!

  Darnell and Pamela were very attentive and welcoming! I was able to get right in and taken care of in a timely manner! No hassle at all, there were refreshments available and the store was very clean, tidy, and it was a relaxing ambiance! Absolutely would recommend this location and its friendly staff!

  The staff here is truly amazing!!!!! Darnell was so helpful and very respectful. Also, Shannon the manager was also really good. Will tell you 100% what’s going on with your vehicle. Truly the best experience that I have ever had with a mechanic shop in my whole life!!!! Will be coming here for a long time and bring my current vehicle and future vehicles here for a long time to come. Best experience ever!!!

  I recently tried Brakes Plus for an oil change instead of going to my usual dealership, and I had a great experience. I’ve had some bad experiences at quick-service oil change places in the past, so I was a little hesitant, but Darnell made the whole process smooth and stress-free. He was professional, knowledgeable, and very kind throughout the visit. The service was efficient, transparent, and overall much better than I expected. I’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommend asking for Darnell if you visit!

  Great service, I had a graduation and I was running low on time and they got me in and out it’s good to call for an appointment to even make it faster I love that Darrell and Pamela were so sweet and made me feel comfortable while waiting and were very sweet definitely will be coming again and again that will be my shop to go to
