10 stars from me! I have never had such a pleasant experience with car repairs. I will forever bring my vehicles here. They have great customer service, awesome coupons and willingness to work with your budget. They’re very thorough with inspections as well.

Darnell and his team are the best... They explain everything to you. They are honest and reasonable priced. My husband and I will come back and bring people to them. They are just an amazing team.

I am a DIY guy. I fix and repair all of my vehicles. I finally had to break down and take my vehicle to a brake shop. I plate all the brakes replaced. The calipers are replaced cylinders, and my problem persisted. I replaced brake hoses the problem still persisted I couldn’t think of what to do next. I was at my wits end I called brakes plus and Darnell was at the front desk. I told him my issues they took the truck in once they pull it into the shop. Darnell came back into the office and said dude! That is really bad! He said, don’t worry, we’re gonna get you fixed up! They found out that it was a missing front Caliper bolt on the opposite side of what felt like was grabbing. They replaced both bolts on the opposite side. The problem was completely fixed. These guys are awesome. I would definitely recommend them!

On 9/18/2026 I got my oil changed at Brakes Plus. I had an appointment and was able to get in and out in a timely manner without incident. I was treated courteously and professionally. While waiting for my vehicle, I witnessed a potentially volatile incident in the waiting room where an extremely out of line customer verbally accosted one of the employees with profanity and threats that were entirely without warrant. The employee who was being confronted was Darnell; to his credit, he was extremely effective in calmly deescalating the situation without incident. He was a poised professional, explaining exactly what was wrong with the vehicle and what Brakes Plus was going to be able to do to help resolve the problem. The customer calmed down and within a few minutes was apologizing for his outlandish behavior. I was extremely impressed with Darnell’s leadership, customer service and conflict resolution skills! Thank you, Mark Hunt
