  One of the best if not the best quick and hassle free services of selling us a gently used 25 corolla se. No pressure sales no extra this or that upsale. Just exactly what we wanted in value for the price. Heather did an awesome job and so did the finance dept.

  Easiest, smoothest pressure free buying experience. I appreciated Adrian Cutler taking the time to go over everything and made sure I was comfortable before driving off the lot. 10 out of 10 and totally worth the drive to get the exact car I wanted! Gonna love my 2026 Atlas.

  Our first experience here was using their service department for my VW Jetta. Everyone was so friendly and went above and beyond that we knew when it was time to shop for an upgrade, we’d be back. Finally time to buy and as soon as we arrived we were greeted by Norma. She was amazing to work with! She was friendly, attentive, quick, and accommodating to us while we shopped with an infant who needed breaks for feeding, diaper changes, and to just cool down in this 100+ heat. Even with our frequent breaks, we were in and out in 3 hours. My husband and I knew how much we were willing to pay for our new car (VW Atlus cross sport SEL premium r-line) and the minimum we would take for our trade in before arriving and we were met exactly at those number with no excessive unnecessary haggling. Kaley was who helped us through financing. Again, incredible service! She has a bubbly, fun personality and never made us feel like a bother having to repeat herself/go over our options a few times as we got distracted caring for our baby. Wonderful service! Would recommend over and over again. Thanks everyone! :)

  I took my car in for a system update, which didn’t end up fixing my issue. However Chandi took the time and reached out to do a claim with my warranty. Brought my car back in the next morning and a few hours later it was fixed. I’ve never enjoyed going to a dealership, but from now on this will be the one I take it to for maintenance.

  we came in planning to buy a truck for my husband, but thanks to anthony’s expertise, we ended up leaving with that and an upgrade for me too! anthony went completely above and beyond to make sure we got the best possible deals and were taken care of every step of the way. bryan was incredibly helpful making sure we felt informed, comfortable, and confident with all the features before driving off their lot! kayley and haiden made the financing process so smooth and easy, and krista at the front desk was amazing! she kept my 5 year old daughter entertained the entire time, which was a huge help! we’ve bought quite a few vehicles over the years but this was by far the best experience we’ve ever had. everyone was friendly, knowledgeable!! and cared about making the process stress free. i can not recommend them enough. thank you bob moore vw!!
