  I have purchased around 15 cars over the last 10 years (yes I have a problem) and these guys provided one of the best experiences I've had in purchasing a new Golf R. Bryan Lewis was my salesman and Haiden was the finance Director on my transaction. Both of these gentlemen were knowledgeable, friendly and fair in our negotiations. There's always going to be some back and forth in negotiating a car deal and Bryan was great here. Open dialogue without being over aggressive. The sales manager also got involved. I can't remember his name but he was great to work with as well. I had to leave in the middle of our discussions and they were respectful of that. None of the games of holding your keys to your trade in. Or oh I need to do this or talk to this person before you leave. Etc. I did tell them I would do a credit app before leaving. I came back later and completed the transaction with Haiden. Finance offices are where deals die half the time. Haiden did a great job. He explained all of the available add on packages (warranty, wheel and tire protection etc.) He understood what my plans were with the car, gave relevant info, was honest about what I didn't need and what he recommended. He respectfully overcame a couple objections/questions I had and we were in and out within about 20 minutes. Overall, great experience and fair deal on the car (no markup) and a fair offer in my trade.

  Worst experience ever. I bought my first car from here about a month ago and at first the whole process was super easygoing and I felt great about it after signing papers and leaving. Only to find out weeks later they messed my paperwork up multiple times. Got my interest rate wrong, sold me GAP the first time around and then told me I didn’t qualify for it but instead of taking the $1,500 out of my loan they hid the amount in other items and told me I was signing the exact same paperwork. When i said I will come in to review the paperwork they assured me I didn’t need to do that and that everything was exactly the same. While resigning they didn’t really give me the option to review it all. Just said hit apply signature and your done. Horrible first experience. They full on took advantage of the fact that I had never bought a car before. After adding in the same “protection package “ not twice but 3 times into my loan but making it sound as if it was included in the service contract I actually agreed to. Sales and Service departments are great, everything else was an absolute nightmare. I will NEVER buy another car from these people again. I understand it’s partially on me, but again I had never done this before, and they took advantage of me being 19 and buying a car completely on my own. Won’t be back here for my next car.

  I don’t usually leave reviews, much less car dealerships. However, Daniel and team did an awesome job when a check engine light came on for my 2024 Jetta. They diagnosed the problem and solved the issue in a day, all while keeping me updated on the progress. They were very helpful and speedy compared to the other VW dealership which had the car for 2 days and didn’t even scan it. I will be coming back for all my service needs in the future.

  Very impressed with our first experience with Bob Moore Volkswagen. We were shopping for a car for our son and Adrian was extremely friendly and helpful. From an extended test drive overnight to ensure we were comfortable with the vehicle, to a no-pressure sales conversation, he allowed for a comfortable buying experience. Along with the sales manager, Anthony, who was very fair during the negotiation and even better after the sale. This is where I knew we made the right decision to purchase with Bob Moore Volkswagen. The day after purchasing, we went back to pick up the Arteon since they had kept it overnight to service the car, and just as we were about to drive off, noticed a defect with the windshield that we didn't see previously. Now normally, most dealerships would have said goodbye and not helped, but not Anthony. I immediately brought it to his attention and he agreed to make it right and had his service team order a replacement for install the next day. That is how you earn a customer's trust! Overall, we couldn't be happier with our experience and can't recommend Bob Moore Volkswagen enough!

  We had an absolutely great experience working with Heather. From the beginning, she was friendly, patient, honest, and genuinely seemed to care about making sure we were taken care of—not just making a sale. Our purchase ended up having a few unexpected bumps along the way, including a mechanical issue that came up before we were able to take the vehicle home. Heather stayed in communication with us, kept us updated throughout the entire process, and helped make sure the issue was properly addressed before we took possession. That meant a lot to us and gave us much more confidence in our purchase. What stood out the most was how Heather treated us throughout the process. Even when things didn't go exactly as planned, she remained helpful, understanding, and professional and worked with us toward a solution. That's the kind of customer service people remember long after buying a vehicle. We finally have our Buick home, we're happy with our purchase, and we sincerely appreciate everything Heather did to help get us there. If you're looking for someone who will treat you like a person rather than just another sale, I would absolutely recommend asking for Heather.
