  This dealer sold me a car knowing it had an issue with stains on the ceiling (sunroof leak). I've requested them to look at it since the first month of purchase and they keep denying anything is wrong although the stain on the ceiling is clearly visible and growing. I've reached the point where it's pointless trying to speak with them about it and just report it. This is the last time I purchase anything from this dealer or VW at all.

  Reached out via email to all 3 VW dealers in the Metro to inquire about a lease on a 2026 Tiguan. 2 responded, but 1 didn’t have the color I wanted so they basically washed their hands of me. Brenden responded for Bob Moore - he was prompt, courteous, answered all my questions and didn’t apply pressure! He earned our business from the start. He hooked us up with Jordin when we got to the dealership and she walked us through to the end - she is AMAZING - very friendly, knowledgeable, and really took her time with us. Ja’miah helped us through financing and he was professional and answered all our questions. Great job Bob Moore VW - happy customers!!

  Took my 2022 Volkswagen Passat to this dealership to get it checked out for check epc lights twice. First time they told me it was an engine oil line leak. Paid 800 dollars to get it fixed. A month later the light came back on and they said I needed to get head gasket replaced which is gonna cost 4500. I took it to another shop for a second opinion and was told they can fix the head gasket and the underlying issue which caused a fairly new Volkswagen to malfunction for half the price. The new shop actually offered an explanation and found the underlying issue that caused issues in the head gasket and if I would have just replaced it like the dealership recommended it eventually would still have the same issue I’m having now. At best these guys don’t know there stuff like they should. Fellow drivers beware.

  I have been with Bob Moore Volkswagen for at least a year now, Best Service in the City! I also just recently got a car from them and let me say the Whole Team made sure I walked out with an amazing deal! Jordin is the Best Sales Women there! She did an amazing job at helping me find the right car! Chandi has been my service Manager for a year now and I am very happy to have him as my car service Manager! I plan on keeping him as my car service Manager as long as I can! This whole Team of people that work here are amazing and outstanding!!! Best in the whole City!!!
