  I made an appointment with Bob Moore Subaru for a TPMS sign that Keeps coming up., I brought it in early and was told that by it will take up to 45 minutes to diagnose car’s problem. Unknown how long it will take to fix it. I feel this Subaru dealer over schedules repairs and is oblivious of people’s wait times. About 2 months ago I brought it in for a recall and waited over 4 hours to get the job done. About one month ago I brought my car for an oil change. I was not on the schedule but waited over 2 hrs for an oil change. I am guessing I will not get done in less than 2 hours despite scheduling my appointment. So many small things seem to happen to my Subaru car I will never buy another Subaru. I will probably buy a Honda.or a self driving Tesla. I am thinking about that seriously. Very appealing thought. After I complained Bon Moore Subaru gave me a ride home and delivered my car in good time by 3 pm to my house with the paper work. Thank you Bob Moore Subaru.

  Just bought my second Subaru here, both times I dealt with Keaton Nelson who has been very helpful. Probably one of the biggest things I noticed about Keaton is I can text him anytime on or off business hours and he is quick to reply. When I need information he’s quick to gather it and get it back to me. Also, all negotiations have been straightforward and no games. Also, he’s very respectful, which is becoming more rare in today’s world. I would highly recommend him. He’s the reason I keep going back.

  I live way down near Austin, TX. Bob Moore Subaru had the exact car I wanted. I called and spoke with Chance. We talked for a bit and I told Chance I was a-comin' to OKC on the train a day later. True to his word, Chance had everything ready for me first thing in the morning. Dylan in finance (and his - ummmm- protege, named Blaze) took me to the fabled back room - where it was actually kinda nice. And it did not take forever which was more than nice. I even left with enough mooney in my pocket to think about stopping at the casino. But I did not this time and I made it back home to central Texas by sundown!! Thanks team Moore in OKC!!

  Beware of Bob Moore Subaru if your vehicle is totaled. It has taken almost a full year of endless chasing to get the payout checks owed to my partner following a crash. We are going on eight months waiting for a check originally due in January that the bank confirmed was never even issued. A separate check promised in March only showed up in July after repeated inquiries, and now representatives have completely ghosted three follow-up emails regarding the remaining balance. Zero accountability, zero communication, and unreasonable delays on approved funds. If you value responsive customer support during an emergency, look elsewhere.

  Great experience with Bob Moore Subaru! I’ve purchased vehicles from dealerships all across the Midwest, and I can honestly say this was one of the best dealership experiences I’ve had. The sales team was fantastic—friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, and never pushy. Ocie was absolutely outstanding and is arguably the best car salesman I’ve ever had the pleasure of working with. He made the entire process easy and enjoyable, and Subaru is very lucky to have him. The finance department was equally impressive. The gentleman who handled our paperwork was extremely friendly, down-to-earth, and made what can sometimes be a stressful part of buying a vehicle a very easy experience. Overall, we had a 5-star experience. I really appreciate the professionalism, customer service, and genuine effort from everyone we worked with. I would absolutely recommend Bob Moore Subaru to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle!
