  My experience with AJ Martin was excellent! He was genuine, Honest. I don't have anything good to say about the mystery finance manager in the back office, but AJ shined through the buying process. He told me he wanted to earn my trust after the offer from the finance manager fell through. He showed me and stuck with me till the completion of the deal. Highly recommend this honorable man!

  great place and even better service they have done their absolute best to work with me and my family from buying parts to financing a car heck they even offered to do my mothers free oil changes even though she didn't buy her car from them. service team is quick, techs are willing to actually talk with clients, the place is spotless, and parts is unbelievable helpful they are extremely experienced when it comes to helping you find parts for your car even if its 23 years old. if you want a subaru go here no matter how many more miles it is from the next closest subaru dealer this place is worth the money and time to go here you'll get the best deals possible from people who actually like their job and want to help.

  I had an outstanding experience with the team at Bob Moore Subaru, specifically Corey Rucker (Executive Manager), Terry Jones in Finance, and Aaron Scott in Sales. Originally, the team had already prepped another vehicle for me that I planned on purchasing, but after I found a different vehicle within the Bob Moore Auto Group that was exactly what I had wanted all along, Corey and his team went above and beyond to make it happen. They quickly coordinated getting the vehicle transferred from another location, had it ready for me, and made the entire process incredibly smooth. Aaron Scott was fantastic throughout the experience. He treated me fairly on my trade, was easy to talk to, never made the process feel pressured, and genuinely cared about making sure I was happy with the purchase. You can tell he values relationships and customer experience, not just selling cars. Terry Jones in Finance was equally impressive. Even while handling payoff confirmation with my previous lender, he had me in and out of the finance office in about 25 minutes. Everything was straightforward, professional, and efficient. This team delivered one of the best car-buying experiences I’ve had. The level of communication, professionalism, and willingness to go the extra mile truly stood out. I highly recommend Corey Rucker and his team at Bob Moore Subaru for both new and used vehicles. They genuinely care about making sure customers leave happy.

  Highly recommend Ashlee. She was very attentive to my mom and found the perfect fit for her. We bought a beautiful Subaru Ascent that she absolutely loves. They were able to help us absorb some of the cost we had from a bad deal at Seth Wadley Ford in Perry we had made the previous month. Everyone was great and the finance manager made everything easy. He was great about explaining the warranties and it was surprising how cost effective it was to extend her warranty out further than the manufacturer. I’ll be going back this week to see Ashlee to find my car next!

  Minutes ago, I saw a large, grey slate coloured, GMC with a black dealership tag that said Bob Moore Subaru, as if this was not a purchased vehicle, but either being test driven, or something. They sat at a red light, on Broadway, by Autozone, for a few seconds then ran it. They were definitely going over the speed limit. My 7 year old child noticed when they ran the red light and thats concerning. This car ended up at the back of traffic, so we ended up at the light on 15th and Broadway, side by side. I looked over and saw it looked like 2 younger men, they were laughing. They were constantly tapping their brakes at the red light, then took off very quick as soon as it changed to green. I honestly thought they were going to run that red light too because they were practically in the intersection before the light turned green. I believe this was either someone test driving and the employee not putting a stop to it, or 2 employees who were having a good time at their bosses expense. I tried calling your office to let you know. I was transferred around a few times and then sent to a voicemail box of Eric Nunez (spelling?). 15 seconds into starting the voicemail, the call just ended. So I decided to share that info here.
