    I bought a new Subaru in 2024. Last week I had a ARB (automatic rear braking) error and the cruise control quit working. The car is still under warranty. I called three times trying to speak with the service department. I was told each time that they “weren’t available” and promised they would call me back. They never did. I was promised “exceptional service” when I bought the car. I guess I am going to be forced to go to the dealership and cause a scene. So far, this is the worst service I have ever encountered in buying a new car. Apparently electrical problems are epidemic with new Subarus. A warning to anyone buying from this dealership. They do not follow through after they sell you the car.

    If you want a shopping experience with a staff that is honest, warm, empowering and trustworthy or if you want to feel respected and leave with your dignity in tact, this may not be the place for you. I was so excited about purchasing a Subaru and I really wanted to have a good experience here, but it’s been a really bad time. It started when i bought my car from Bob Moore Subaru a year ago. It started out well enough- low pressure sales, wide selection- just like the other reviews mention. But I’ve come to find a deep level deception being the hallmark of every transaction thereafter. The person who sold me my used vehicle promised certain repairs would be done on the car for free. When I took it into service they apparently knew nothing about this promise and tried to charge me. It was a difficult and confusing process from the start. But it culminated this week when I took my car in for an oil change - $79.99 with a coupon mailer. After waiting 3 hours for an oil change and car wash, and partaking of the abundant snacks - also mentioned in other reviews - I go to check out and I am presented with an $800 bill. The service worker alleged I selected the service through an app. No one ever came to confirm that my purchase went from an $80 oil change to an $800 service. They had no appreciation for the fact that apps and the internet glitch all the time. They showed me little grace and slight compassion. They maintained that it was my responsibility to pay for the young man’s lack of oversight, as he proceeded to order hundreds of dollars of work on my car without ever once talking to me about it: no one ever came to talk to me and explain to me what they were doing with my car, even after I texted asking for an update. When I explained this, another worker knocked off $400 and the service manager pushed me into what felt like a predatory loan through Sunbit. They would not give me my car otherwise. They held my car for 4 days. I opened a case with corporate who said that while they encouraged the service staff to settle the dispute, there was nothing they could do. I felt so small, so used and utterly disrespected and robbed. I am saddened by this experience and deeply hurt by the cold uncaring, duplicitous attitude of the workers there. Deeply disappointing experience.

    We had a great experience buying our 2026 Subaru Outback from Bob Moore Subaru. We got a great deal, love the car, and the whole process was a lot easier than we expected. AJ was an awesome salesperson and a big reason we decided to buy here. He was honest, kind, down to earth, and really seemed to have our best interests in mind. He was very knowledgeable and made the whole experience comfortable and stress-free. Dylan in finance did a good job explaining all of the protection options, and was informative about our credit and financing. He gave very competitive offers for the options we were interested in. Overall, we’re really happy with our decision and our new Outback. We’ll definitely come back to Bob Moore if we’re in the market for another Subaru.

    My wife and I had a great buying experience from Bob Moore Subaru. Blayze the salesman was a great help in finding the right 26 Outback for us and helped us get in and out quickly since we traveled 330 miles from Kansas. Blayne the finance person also helped us do much of the paperwork online to help speed things up. They have a GREAT selection of Subarus to choose from plus a great shop for service. I highly recommend these gentlemen and the business they work for.

    Out of all my car buying experiences, Bob Moore Subaru was the best! Everyone was so nice and hospitable. I immediately felt welcomed. I initially arrived to check out a lightly used 2024 BRZ. It was beautiful, but after I test drove it I quickly realized it wasn’t a good fit. Looked at a WRX and also test drove two different Crosstreks. After checking out those vehicles, I finally test drove a 2026 Impreza and immediately fell in love. My salesperson, Tey was so kind, patient and understanding. He truly cares about his customers and wants them to be happy with their purchase. Once the sales portion was completed, I met Kylie in finance. She was personable, kind and explained everything perfectly. Not only was the price reasonable, but I got an excellent rate and I found a vehicle that fits my current lifestyle. Check out Bob Moore Subaru! You won’t be disappointed.
