  Bob Moore Mazda is great. Our service advisor Ken kept us informed and answered all of our questions. The waiting area is very comfortable and has coffee and other beverages along with fast Wi-Fi.

  We have been Mazda owners since 1994 and have experienced 4 different service facilities in 4 states. Bob Moore has far and away exceeded our expectations. Since coming to Oklahoma City in 2015, we have used Bob Moore Mazda exclusively for two vehicles. The have always been reasonable, thorough, suggesting upcoming services to prolong the life of our vehicles. When we have had an issue, our service provider Gavin Miller has been an advocate for us, doing everything in his power to correct the situation. The whole team has gone above and beyond to maintain both a loyal Mazda customer and elevate their service department. I highly recommend that you experience this level of customer service. You will soon be part of the family.

  First car buying experience that I felt like the team cared about what I drove home in and didn’t just want a sale. Mark, the salesman, was so helpful and found the perfect car for me! The finance guys were great too, and walked us through the whole process with ease. Highly recommend buying your next car with them!

  I recently purchased a used car from Bob Moore Mazda. My salesman, Dustin Wiles, provided excellent assistance. I was delayed in seeing the vehicle and rescheduled several times. He continued to reach out and kept me updated on the status of the vehicle. Polite, diligent and professional from first text to completion of the sale of the car. As a widow that was a strong point in this sale transaction.

  I would never buy a used car from this dealership again. The used car manager didn't seem to know much about the condition of the vehicles they were selling. During my test drive, I immediately noticed issues with the car, and when I brought up my concerns, they dismissed them instead of taking them seriously and said it was something else that had nothing to do with the issue itself. It felt like they were more focused on making a sale than helping me find the right vehicle. If you're looking for a dealership that values honesty and customer service, I'd recommend shopping elsewhere.
