We are so impressed with the Bob Moore Mazda Service Department. This week I used the website to schedule a routine oil change and was treated like a vip, even though my car was purchased out of state. They always send a video inspection with a comprehensive report of any needed or suggested repairs.
My service rep Gavin is always friendly and helpful. They completed the work quickly, and also fixed a warranty issue so I’m safe on the road. Best of all they provided a brand new Mazda CX-30 courtesy car for my convenience. Wow. I was impressed.
We always feel like valued customers so we returned the next day to buy ourselves a new 2026 CX-5. We know we can trust the Bob Moore dealership to provide quality service every visit, whether my car is old or as the case may be, brand spanking new. Thanks!

Better Business Bureau rating is an F. They don't respond or attempt to resolve complaints.
If there was the option of ZERO, that's what they'd get.
Bob Moore Mazda does not stand behind their used car sales! My son paid $11k cash for a vehicle that drove for 3 months and died. They fixed it enough to get it back on the road like they were doing us a favor and it died again. The service department gave him a list of items that need to be done totaling over $7k! The items not covered by the warranty he purchased that require immediate attention totaled over $1700. They feel he's driven it long enough that the issues are his to deal with. 3 Months is all you get and they consider it a good sale. It's certainly good for them.
Chris Gibberson at Bob Moore Mazda told my son that this was one of the cleanest, best maintained vehicles he'd ever seen as a trade-in and it had the maintenence records.
They'll put their copy and paste response here, that "We strive every day to improve our processes for the utmost customer satisfaction; our primary goal is to serve our customers and get them safely on the road." They'll note that we've been in contact and possibly claim the issue is resolved.
I've emailed the general manager, had a patronizing phone call in response to that email and then another email from David Turley siting everything that places them in the clear of any lawsuit. Nothing of their response had anything to do with making sure my son had a reliable car that was worth $11k. THEY DO NOT CARE!
There was no attempt to actually make this an honest business deal. Only the attempt to cover their....

Bought a cute little CX-5 and I’m already in love! I really appreciate them letting me keep my salesperson from the other dealership that I bought my mom’s Subaru at, because it kept the comfort level there. I would 100% recommend Ashlee; she’s been great.
We got the same finance manager both times at each Bob Moore store. Blaine was super down to earth and definitely lacked the gimmicky sleaziness you find a lot of places. He was able to explain the extra warranties without the pressure to buy every single one. I even got the oil change package so that I can come here for my service. I had a great experience here and love my new car! Thank you both!

Extremely impressed. We worked out a deal over the phone, and I mentioned we were coming from Tulsa and asked if there was anything we could do to expedite the signing process.
The salesman had me send in a couple documents and fill out their credit application. When we got there, it was extremely busy, but we didn't have to wait at all. Someone was always with us, working together as a team to get things done. All of the paperwork was ready and just needed a signature. During the only (brief) wait - waiting for a finance office to open up - the sales manager came and chatted with us and made sure we were comfortable. It was very pleasant and efficient. The car is also excellent, a good deal on exactly the model and trim I wanted.
Absolutely the worst customer service I've ever seen from a service department at a dealership. I'm out of town and have been calling for 5 days wanting a update on our CX-50. I received a estimate which I have been trying to get ahold of them to discuss it. Have left several messages for Dominic with no return calls. All I get is a answering / scheduling person saying they will have them call me back. After 3 days of that I finally called and got a salesperson and told them what was going on. He said he would go tell them right then to give me a call. Here it is two days later and still no call. I bought it from them and bought the bumper to bumper extended warranty and they were wanting to charge me for fixing the climate control. Not happy with their service department at all.
