  We bought our Lincoln Nautilus from Bob Moore Mazda so we used them to get some things fixed/ looked at. They had to take our car to the Lincoln dealership in Edmond because they had a part that the car needed. Our car was dropped off on August 11. We did not hear from anyone for an entire week before my husband had to call to see what was going on. A lot of things were out of Bob Moore Mazdas control but they provided zero communication. My husband had to call multiple times to even speak to someone about the car. After the week, they did go pick it up and take it to another dealership where it sat there for another week before it was fixed. Mind you, it was just the sunglass holder that needed to be fixed and a couple of things needed to be checked. August 28 is when we FINALLY heard that our car was ready to be picked up. I am so disappointed in the lack of communication and how we were treated. I regret even purchasing an extended warranty bc now I’m worried this will happen every time. We had such a good experience buying the car and this whole process has tainted that.

  I had a wonderful experience purchasing my new car. AJ was extremely cooperative, helpful, and patient throughout the entire process. He made everything smooth and stress-free, and his excellent customer service really stood out. Highly recommended!

  Kenneth and Josh did an amazing job at getting me the car I wanted. I had to go back before closing and Mark stepped in to help and he was nothing short of awesome. Overall a great experience!

  I went in for regular maintenance and the service team was great! Very welcoming and informative. The process didn’t take very long at all, even though there was a decent amount of people also getting maintenance done. My service advisor was Ian Gapp and he provided update texts throughout the service process until my vehicle was finished. I’ve never had a bad experience with any of the Mazda team members at the OKC location.
