  I’m very disappointed with my recent experience at Bob Moore Service. I typically take my vehicle to Kia for service and have never had any issues, so this experience was frustrating and unexpected. I brought my car in for an oil change, tire rotation, and balance. When I got my car back, I immediately noticed a humming sound coming from the front of the vehicle. I called the service center, and they asked me to bring it back in. Although the issue was eventually resolved, I was told the problem was related to my tires. Now, just a few days later, my check oil light has come on, which is something I have never experienced with my vehicle before. Having multiple issues arise immediately after a routine service visit is concerning and has left me questioning the quality of the work performed. I understand that problems can happen, but I expect routine maintenance to be completed correctly and my vehicle to be returned in good condition. Unfortunately, this experience has left me disappointed and frustrated. I hope Bob Moore takes these concerns seriously and makes things right.

  I went in with no expectations of getting a car bc I knew where we stood and didnt think my car would be able to trade in. Arthur got my husband & I hooked up with a beautiful Jeep Cherokee & Kelso hit us with a much lower payment than we thought he could do. When its time to replace my son's vehicle next, we are going right back to them. Arthur isn't a sticky sells man the way a lot of ones we dealt with either. Gave us space and chilled til we was ready for him. Def check him out.

  Arthur Bowie was great to work with. He kept in contact without being pestering even though I took more than a month to make up my mind on which brand of vehicle I was getting. He helped me get a Sportage Hybrid in the trim and color I wanted even though they didn't have one on the lot because that color seems to be somewhat rare. I also got a good finance rate through KIA and I'm very happy with my purchase.

  My salesman Will was awesome. Very patient and accommodating. I had a very specific situation in mind and wasn’t willing to accept anything else. He got it done and we had a great experience. This is my 2nd brand new Kia, but our first time at this dealership and the experience was much better. I came to them because of the experience of multiple family members. I’m glad I made the switch and would recommend this dealership and Will to anyone looking for a new car.

  We recently bought a vehicle from here and had a less than stellar experience. We worked with Will who was not great from the beginning. He made us wait significant amounts of time and could never seem to actually pull the vehicle we wanted to see. Will would always "accidentally" pull a vehicle of a higher trim. Will was also harsh with us for not wanting to purchase a hybrid vehicle. He pushed a hybrid on us several times. After finally purchasing our vehicle Will let us know to come back during the week and they would detail our vehicle and put in floor mats. We called and made an appointment to make sure everything would go as quick and smooth as possible. I woke up, dressed, and drove three small children 30 minutes to the dealship to have my vehicle detailed and have floor mats installed. When I arrived Will left me and 3 kids to wait in the middle of a busy and dangerous garage area where we were in the way. We were asked to move by workers but we were never told or shown where a waiting area was. When Will came back he let me know he put the box of mats in the back of my vehicle. When I asked if someone was going to install them he said no because I should vacuum out my vehicle at home myself before I install the mats on my own. Will also told us they would be all weather mats that were heavy duty and would wrap all the way around. The mats did not wrap around and we had to order new mats. I drove 30 minutes with three small kids for empty promises and something I had to order new anyway. Might be a great dealership but our experience with Will was not great.
