  I emailed 7-8 different dealerships looking for a specific vehicle with a few other acceptable options. I heard back from a few of them all of which offered a car that was 2nd or 3rd on my list of what I wanted. Habib Boksmati at Bob Moore then emailed me and asked me to send his other offers and what exactly I wanted and he’d see if he could beat the other dealerships. Not only did Habib come in at a better OTD price he also found the exact car I wanted and his professionalism, customer service skills, and clear communication won me over and I would have chose to work with him even if the price was comparable to the other offers. Habib made everything simple, smooth, and efficient from start to finish, answered all questions professionally and with very quick response times (we began emailing about a month before actual purchase) and answered all questions I had and continued to check in even after the purchase. Once at the dealership I worked with Britton Kelso in finance and he also provided great customer service and did a good job of connecting with me and clearly communicating all the things on the financial side. Going to a dealership can be an all day stressful hassle but both Habib and Britton made everything happen quickly and exactly as they said and I left the dealership in my new car an hour after arriving

  I had a bad sales experience in the past, but the one this year was PERFECTION. Wayne was amazing, as well as the finance guy there when we bought my new 2027 hybrid Jade Green Telluride several months ago. I also just took it back to the service department for my first oil change - and Nathan was super helpful and I was grateful how fast I was in and out the door. I'll now be back to the dealership for all of my oil changes.

  TLDR: Be warned, you may have to jump through extra hoops at Bob Moore Kia Northwest, and those extra hoops may end up costing you a lot of money if you can't clear them. I'm not sure why, but they didnt seem to want to do the engine swap on our 2012 Sorento. I called and spoke to the service manager after the engine seized due to a spun bearing. There is a class action case for this and Kia will cover replacements. I was told by Bob Moore Kia Northwest that I needed to supply the full service history for the life of the car for this to be covered. I did some research and found that this is not true. I called Kia customer care and was told Kia does not require this, and that it must be a dealer specific requirement. Draw your own conclusions on why they stand to benefit from such a policy. I called the other two Kia dealerships in town and found that neither required the full service history. I took our car to the one that said they could do it fastest and the engine was replaced at zero cost in 2 weeks. I was only required to provide proof that I own the car. I gave 2 stars because the service manager was up front with me about their policy, which I really appreciated.

  Great location, went in to have my Kia oil changed, inspection and recall done. Setting an appointment was easy, they definitely know their cars because as soon as I pulled into the service department he said you must be Michael for your appointment. They had it all taken care of sooner than expected and even sent me a video of my inspection. Didn’t try to push me to anything I don’t need and even washed it for me. No one bothered me while I waited on my ride to show up asking if I’m looking for a car. Definitely a great location. When I’m ready for a new car I will definitely go here. Great people.
