  My mother brought my new vehicle in for first time service. They didn’t have a loaner available but Carson (sales manager) let my mom borrower his personal vehicle to run errands with. It’s the little things. Thank you. 100% would recommend buying from Carson and Bob Moore Infiniti.

The entire team was professional, straightforward, and genuinely focused on what worked best for our family.   Carter in the service department was a great help in assisting my wife with her first service on her car. Scott Warfel helped her with a loaner, so she could go shopping while her car was serviced and complimentary washed and vacuumed. They took great care in making sure she had everything she needed.

  Total disaster and chaos of a dealer. Never seen or had to deal with people who are so unprofessional and dishonest. Selling damaged vehicles and blaming the customer as it being their fault. So rude and disrespectful. It’s like everyone there is doing their own and no one cares about what anyone has to say. If you buy a car from them beware if something goes wrong they wont help you in anyway to fix it. Instead you’re going to get blamed for it. Surprised how such a multimillion dollar company has employees who don’t know how to do their job. Disgusting
