  I purchased a '14 Audi A7 and got it for a great price! The car is in excellent condition! Carson Howard was the main person who helped me. He was very friendly and cordial! Lane picked me up at my house and brought me the dealership. I would recommend this dealership if you’re looking to get a nice car at a great price! They have a great selection to choose from!

  Rae was our salesperson which was good. The sales manger Paul was a different story. He talked a good game but didn’t follow through. We bought a Lincoln and needed someone to show us how to set it up. He didn’t have time and sent us down the road to the Lincoln Dealer which was awesome. It’s a shame you trade in your vehicle and they tell you your car is worth 7,000 less then they are selling it for and don’t have time to help set up car you bought. We won’t be back

  I purchased a car on June 19th, got the paperwork to pre registered and I did that, but now I am at my 2 months mark and the temp tag goes out of date today! I still haven’t got a Title and when I call they don’t ever answer the phone, when they do answer I just get the run around. Now my temporary tag/plate is out of date and i’m going to have late penalties and risk getting my car impounded because they are dragging their feet. i financed the car and they already got their money, i’ve made 2 car payments already and still don’t have a Title. I would not recommend buying from them unless you just like dealing with lazy people that don’t like doing their job.

  My purchase experience at Bob Moore Infiniti was excellent. The entire process was done via the cell phone and/or e-mail...it really couldn't have been any smoother or easier. Rae also did a good job of sending me a personalized text message, with a video showing what QX60's were available. I have purchased a lot of vehicles in my lifetime and have had a lot of really good purchase experiences, but none of them were better than the experience that I received with Bob Moore Infiniti. Carson was awesome and very helpful through the entire process. We reached a fair agreement (for both parties) on my trade-in and on their purchase price. Honestly, it couldn't have been any better. If you are looking for an Infiniti in the future, I highly recommend Bob Moore Infiniti in Edmond. You won't be disappointed...
