  One star. On June 12, I signed a purchase proposal at Bob Moore Ford countersigned by their manager for a 2025 F-150 Raptor: $88,331 selling price, $36,126 trade allowance for my 2022 F-150, and a final price of $103,907.09. I sent a deposit to hold the deal since I was driving up from Dallas to complete it. The next day, I had to leave town for a family emergency unexpectedly, and I was out of town for two weeks handle affairs. When I returned on July 2 to execute the signed deal, they handed me new paperwork: my trade allowance cut to $33,000 with my truck listed at the EXACT same mileage (108,161) as the signed document and taxes raised from $3,993 to $5,520, which works out to the tax on the full price with my trade-in tax credit removed. The new total $108,984.69. That’s over $5,000 more than the deal their own manager signed. I would avoid them especially if you’re out of state.

  After changing from another dealership for our vehicle’s service, we couldn’t be more pleased with the service department at Bob Moore. The service is accurate, prompt and extraordinarily helpful. Bryan and Jesse have both gone above and beyond to provide excellent customer service when our vehicle’s was in for service. We are proud repeat customers of Bob Moore Ford!

  I’ve left less than a dozen reviews in over a decade, but today’s experience had to be shared. Highly impressed by Bob Moore Ford, specifically their service department! I had a suspension issue covered under warranty that I took to another local dealer 3 separate times. They said it was fixed each time, and it was apparent they didn’t every time I drove off their lot. They also took 3-5 days each time for it to ultimately not be fixed. I scheduled an appointment at Bob Moore Wed night, dropped it off Thur at 4:30, and it was fixed Friday before 2 PM. The service advisor, Austin, was super friendly and communicated updates through the process. Even when the service office was clearly busy, 2 separate people made sure to check that I was being helped. I’ll be taking my future Ford business will to Bob Moore instead.

  I recently purchased a vehicle from Bob Moore Ford and had an excellent experience from start to finish. My salesman was extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle and took the time to answer all of my questions without any pressure. He was friendly, approachable, and made the entire process enjoyable. The sales manager was equally impressive—very informed and quick to get answers whenever I had questions. It was clear that customer satisfaction was a priority, and I appreciated the transparency throughout the purchase. The finance officer made the paperwork process fast and efficient. I especially appreciated the straightforward answers regarding extended warranties and service contracts. There were no high-pressure sales tactics, just honest information that helped me make an informed decision. Overall, the entire team at Bob Moore Ford provided outstanding customer service, professionalism, and a smooth buying experience. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a new vehicle.
