  The service and staff is professional and the workers are welcoming and friendly. It is a clean dealership with coffee and other things to snack on while I was waiting for my vehicle. They are a lot better Ford than the one in Norman, where I live. I will continue service with Bob Moore Ford with my F-350 and Ford Mustang. Thank you.

  I’ve had my vehicle serviced twice now at Bob Moore Ford on the I-35 Service Rd, in Oklahoma City. Both experiences have been great. The staff is friendly and attentive, and customer needs are met with genuine care. They keep you updated throughout the service process, and if you ever have questions, you can always call for more information. One area for improvement: text communication could be a bit better. I noticed that questions sent by text didn’t always get a response. I understand everyone’s busy, but a little more consistency there would go a long way. I also really appreciate the convenience options they offer—you can drop off your vehicle and get shuttle service home, to work, or wherever you need to go, or they can send someone to pick up your vehicle wherever you are. That flexibility makes the whole process so much easier. Overall, I’d definitely recommend Bob Moore Ford to family and friends.”

  Honestly embarrassing quality of customer service. I had 2 identical trucks serviced on the same day, 10% difference in pricing and the service manager couldn’t provide any reasoning why, claiming that he was unable to pull service tickets up. It took over 6 hours to do an oil change on one of them, and the service department never made contact to inform me that the vehicle was ready. I had another vehicle serviced at Confidence Ford and the difference is astounding, they showed complete professionalism and top notch efficiency. The only good thing I can say about the experience at Bob Moore is that the first advisor I worked with was very helpful and genuine. The gentleman at the first small desk to the right as you walk in the door, not so much. I hope he finds his coffee table with his pinky toe tonight.

  Andrew Young(salesperson) was super friendly and honest. I did not feel pressure to purchase something I did not feel comfortable with. The pricing was upfront and did not change throughout the whole process. The whole process start to finish was easy and did not consume all of my time. Financing was easy and quick, Mark in finance was very nice and sold exactly what I needed. 100%will buy again from them.

  Monday, stopped in and made "appointment" for Thursday to have diagnostic ran on issue light on dashboard. Showed up at appointment time and was asked to leave the auto for possibly two days to get tech to run diagnostic..... But I made an appointment?? Met with only we need the auto for possibly to days. 24 to 48 hours is our time to run the diagnostics. I was not told Monday, when the service representative made the appointment, it was not going to be done efficiently. I would be dropping off my auto for 2 days??? Text message reminder of the appointment comes in, so I call to let them hear my thoughts on their customer service. And the number is wrong; "cannot be reached" So, 2 stars, one for bad service rep, making the appointment but not telling me it was only to drop the auto off and the second for sending me a text message to call, but with a non- working number. Bad communication - ruins customer relationships
