  Jeremiah Rhodes was very helpful and made the process very good. We had met with him on Saturday and he showed us the vehicle and then we came back on Monday to work a deal and he was polite and tried working with us on everything we asked or mentioned

  Samantha and the mobile service team did an excellent job. From initial scheduling and explanation of options, to the communication onsite of the mobile service team to final payment of invoice, the service team provided excellent customer service throughout the entire process.

  I previously left a very good review however after I returned home I got the new truck ceramic coated and the guy that did the ceramic coat advised that the entire under carriage was covered in red clay. They cleaned the visable parts of the wheel wells but when I picked the truck up I didn’t expect to have to get on my back and look all under the truck as this was a new truck that had 1700 miles that supposedly was drive. By the sales manager. I sent pictures to my sales person and never heard back - I would never have purchased a $70,000 truck that had been taken off road and full of red clay - I’m not sure how I’m going to get all the red clay out of the undercarriage as I need to put it on a lift with a power washer and who has that or wants all this red clay in their shop. Very disappointed

  Sneaky and deceptive. Be ware. Finance department pretends they can’t do math. I negotiated a $216 discount on the dealer fee and they carefully renamed it and added it back to my deal. Explained that they discounted the deal to cover it. In reality they discounted the deal and add the fee right back netting me no savings at all. Not the deal I thought I was agreeing to. The dealer fee included prepaid oil change plan, floor mats, locking lug nuts and Nitrogen tire fill. I don't take my vehicles to the dealer for oil changes so did not want to pay for that. Found the tires filled to 46 PSI about 13 PSI over fords recommendation. Lug nuts already rusting on a brand new car. Dealer agreed to pay me back the $216 but now wont send me a check until I complete my Ford new vehicle survey. This is manipulation. Not falling for it. Not satisfied. Be very careful doing business here. My next stop is Ford customer care.
