  I needed quick service, and Bob Moore Ford made sure to get my vehicle taken care of and back to me as quickly as possible. Any issues that came up along the way were handled promptly and professionally. Everyone I dealt with was friendly, helpful, and professional throughout the entire process. I’m extremely satisfied with the outcome and really appreciate the great customer service. Highly recommend!

  Was in for a ford recall. A Inspection that was supposed to take an hour to hour and 1/2 for f150 fuel tank straps. Was there for 2.5 hours due to service ticket misplaced and no technician assignment. Would have been there longer if I would not have asked for status.

  Brought my car here to get 5 recalls checked on. They initially only checked 2 of the 5 I had to have 3 different conversations with 3 different people that my VIN pulls up 5 recalls. So my car had to stay longer for them to check the additional 3 recalls only for me to come a week later and they hadn't done anything more than the 2 recalls still. Very frustrating. It's something they do daily it shouldn't be this complex. It left me very distrusting and I am glad that I didn't bring my vehicle to this dealership with a more complex issue.

  Extremely disappointing service experience — Bob Moore Ford wasted two days of our time. I traveled from Dallas to OKC to spend a long weekend with my 82-year-old father, who had a scheduled brake service appointment Friday. What should have been a relatively quick repair stretched into Monday, consuming significant time and disrupting our plans. The biggest issue was the lack of communication and respect for our time. We spent hours waiting with little meaningful information about when the vehicle would be ready. To be fair, several support staff checked on us and genuinely seemed concerned. Unfortunately, their hands were tied and they couldn’t provide the information we needed. My father has been a Bob Moore customer since 2001 and has never experienced anything like this. After more than 25 years of loyalty, he deserved better. A customer’s time has value.

  There have been three times I have taken my vehicles here, and every time has been a lie! 1. I took my wife’s vehicle here for a brake fluid flush, and they told me it needed a new brake booster and quoted me $3,000 for the repair. I declined, and the car has been driving great ever since. 2. I took my truck here for an O2 sensor check engine light. They told me my catalytic converters were clogged. I declined, and the truck has been driving great since! On this same visit, they also told me my brakes needed to be replaced immediately, along with my spark plugs. I asked if they actually checked them, and they said yes. Here is what they didn’t know: I had just done my brakes and spark plugs the weekend before! They never checked anything because I put marks on the screws, and they didn’t move at all. 3.I came in because my gas cap spring had fallen off, and they told me I needed to pay $500 for a new housing assembly and that once the spring comes off, it can’t be put back on. I pulled up a YouTube video and showed it to the guy's face that it can be put back on! Let’s say even if it was broken, where is the $500 coming from? The part is only $40, and labor would only be 1 to 2 hours. Guess what? I went home and put the spring back on myself! Don’t even get me started on Brent Campbell. All he ever does is say, “I’ve been doing this since ’88, and I’ve never heard of that.” Come on, man—I used to work at a dealer, I know how this works!
