  Full marks to Chris Bandra (my salesman) and the service shop. Had a unique ghost trailer issue, previously unknown on my 2026 Ram 1500. Dakota and his service team researched a fix called me up and got me right in. Perfect. Other dealer service centers should take note, these guys are great!

  The experience of buying my Jeep Grand Cherokee with salesman Chris Branda was great. Chris had the awareness and skills to recognize what kind of car I was looking for, and also to recognize the type of negotiation that it would be. He made me comfortable with the process and was very clear/direct with the negotiation. I will continue to seek out Chris when shopping for cars in the future, and people like him are why I choose to buy and service with Bob Moore.

  SCAM WARNING! I bought a Ram Truck here with an Out-The-Door (OTD) price of $63,000. However, this dealership has been extremely unprofessional and untrustworthy. They refused to provide me with my copy of the sales contract and forced me to handle the tax and tag registration on my own, which contradicts the OTD agreement. I have been waiting for over 2 months now, and my temporary tag has officially expired today, leaving me with a car I cannot legally drive. I have all the text messages with the salesperson as clear proof of their empty promises. Avoid this dealership at all costs!

  Update: Still no appointment because they dont have a loaner. I cant go without a car and they don't care to fix the broke one they sold me. Yesterday I bought a 2023 Jeep with 33k miles and I'm stranded today. The transmission alert comes on after driving it 3 hours and now I'm stranded on the side of the road. Buying the car wasn't smooth because, Taylor the manager and Ode, was adding $1k for locking wheel that the car didnt even have. Ode was more worried about payments like he was finance than selling the car. He didn't even go over all the features from the dash of the car. There's more about the experience but this would be lengthy. Don't trust them. To a consumer, go elsewhere. We've bought from the other Bob Moores and was a nice experience but Not CJDR.

  Here’s a rant about customer service and corporations. 😡 I have a 2023 Ram ProMaster that we travel and live in. For a year, there has been a recall due to a fan problem that can cause fires. The recall states that we should not park in the garage until it is fixed. So we could die sleeping in our van. Lately I’ve been getting notices that parts are finally available. I get back to Oklahoma, schedule a service via the app, stating this is a safety recall. I get a confirmation for it all. I even tried to call to confirm everything yesterday three times, but no one was available. The phone person told me to do it anyway. That it should be good. At 0900 this morning, I show up to the dealership. No record of an appointment. Apparently, making an online appointment doesn't count, or some BS about why it didn't work, even though I have three email confirmations. Then there are no parts because they are on backorder, despite being told they ARE available. I can bring it in again whenever they get the stuff. The service guy, who says he’s "empathetic" to the situation, says it is what it is. Are you going to feel bad when they discover our burned-up bodies in the van due to your company’s incompetence? Probably not. The last time I brought it in for warranty issues, they removed the insulation in a back door and didn’t put it back, then told me I had to pay for the light to be fixed, and they scuffed the paint off my hubcaps while fixing a faulty TPS monitor. Bob Moore, you suck. You have cost me money and time. You will never get my business again. It’s appalling how so many businesses don’t give a damn about their customers these days. When the bare minimum is the highest expectation, we have lost as a society. No, the customer is not always right, but in today’s world, the customer is never right anymore. We are treated poorly, like we are bothering them while trying to give them money.
