About a month ago we took our Jeep in because of transmission issues, they replaced an auxillary battery. About a week later we had to tow it back for the same issues. Currently our vehicle is still in the shop (being there for three weeks now) and nothing has been worked on yet. Dakota has been excedinging unhelpful and vindictive.

I had my mind made up to be firm and to the point, but Bruce came out to greet me and made all the difference. He listened, he made me feel that my time was valuable, and buying my Jeep Grand Cherokee was not an all night experience!!! I also worked with Rashid/ Rasheed (I'm sure I'm slaughtering it, I'm sorry sir!!!) in finance, and he was amazing as well. When I said no, he moved on and got it done. I absolutely love my truck, it smells so good and it looks AMAZING!!! This is the second vehicle I've purchased there. As long as they have someone like Bruce available, I'll keep going back!!!

Went in for a vehicle that has rear split buckets seats, to find out all the photos online were not correct and it wasn’t the actual vehicle. The advertised price initially caught my attention and seemed like a great deal, which is what brought me in. However, once I arrived, I quickly learned it’s impossible to receive the advertised price on any of their vehicles, expect to pay more then the price listed online, and don’t trust the photos to be accurate for the car your viewing.
