  We worked with Tony in the used cars & he was a great salesman, honest & upfront about everything. The finance team was also excellent - can't remember all their names but a great experience!!   My husband and I bought a car from Bob Moore Cadillac and the AC went out as soon as we were about to leave the lot. They told us they would fix it for us, we were fine with that. What should’ve taken a week took a month. They kept putting the blame on the other dealership, then saying they took it to another one. We often had to call to get updates on the deadlines they told us would be met. They told us they would compensate us with first months’ car payment. We haven’t received that compensation yet. When my husband picked up the car it had half a tank of gas left, like they were doing us a favor. Really feels like they went out of their way to make sure we had a terrible experience. The staff like the finance representative and the actual purchase of the vehicle went great so we were really disappointed in how the rest of our experience went. Won’t return to purchase a vehicle here.

  Went in for an issue with the starter. It clearly wasn’t starting correctly. Not intermittently but every time. They diagnosed a leak and shocks needed replacing. Gave a quote without addressing the primary concern with the starter except that the technician said it was fine. We had to inform them that they had already replaced the shocks and after checking their records they confirmed and said the parts were under warranty so it would just be the cost of labor. We agreed to repairs. After getting car back the starter issue was still very noticeable. A few weeks later I pulled the starter myself and found it completely distressed with melted components causing my issues. I replaced with a new starter and haven’t had a problem with it since. Service dept did not diagnose my concerning issue and instead found two unrelated repairs. They also had to be informed that my shocks had already been replaced by them instead of seeing that in their own records. Very disappointing service and resulted in me having to repair it myself. This after a $200 diagnostics fee. What a scam.
