He spent time explaining things to us and even offered to come to our house to go over any other items we might have questions about. Overall, a very good experience. No pressure, just friendly people to deal with.
- NVNoah VJul 3, 20261.0Had a transmission serviced scheduled a week prior, I get there today and I pull in the service bay waited in my car for about a minute or 2 and no one came out, mind you every dealership I’ve been to when you pull into the service bay they come out to your car and greet you take you milage etc on the tablet. I walk in the door and the service advisors are having a convo like I interrupted their morning convo. Over the phone when I booked my appointment I was told around $150 for drain and fill. I get there and The service advisor told me over $375. Didn’t want to keep going back and forth with him he said he didn’t know who I talked to etc. Long story short I ended up leaving will not go back, would not recommend this place.

He is one of the absolute most pleasant humans I have ever met. No pressure, answered my questions, and very professional. We ended up with the perfect car. Then comes Jared the finance manager, up to this point I wouldn't consider talking to him due to other finance managers. After talking with Jared he has changed my outlook on finance manager's, Jared and Johnathan are professionals and a pleasure to do business with. Highly recommend these two gentlemen and Bob Moore Cadillac. Thanks for the best car buying experience ever.

Right after taking delivery, I noticed a small issue with the infotainment screen. I brought it straight back, and instead of giving me a hard time, the team replaced the system immediately and provided exceptional customer service. Super impressed with their honesty and top-tier after-sales support by John. Highly recommend this dealership!
