  Great service. Timely service and clear expectations of how long it would take were given to me up front. There was a part that had to be changed from the original quote. The issue was communicated up front before work began and I was able to decide on whether or not to continue with the fix without surprises. High quality service and communication from the staff.

  Service advisor, Heath made me give the experience not because he forced me, but because I had an issue that two other service advisors pushed to the side. I was experiencing a concerning brake issue and those two male service advisors just didn’t help or put as much effort as Heath did to help me, which could put my life at risk. 5 stars to Heath and 100% recommend choosing him as your service advisor because he will care for you as you were his family!

  Alec was outstanding! He identified an issue with my vehicle that I was not aware of, brought it to my attention, got the parts to make the repair on order, and called me to schedule the repairs at a later date as the issue was not urgent. The repairs were made in a single day while I was at work and my vehicle was ready to go when I got there. Just amazing service from amazing people! Awesome experience from start to finish!

  This will be our second Buick Encore we have bought from Bob Moore! Both times we had an amazing A+ Salesman Luke Jones. He is knowledgeable, caring, patient and NOT pushy! He answers any questions and takes the time to help you understand any part of the buying process without any type of pressure!
