  This is the second time I’ve purchased a vehicle from Bob Moore Buick GMC. Arthur Bowie was my sales associate. He did an amazing job helping me. Arthur went way beyond to help me get exactly what I needed to get into my new 2026 Buick encore. I highly recommend if You’re looking for a new or used vehicle.

  Boubacar Diop was a great help to me on getting my new 2026 GMC Sierra 1500. He made in as painless and quick as possible and got me in and out quick. This was the shortest time that it ever has taken me to buy a new vehicle. And the finance department was awesome as well on getting me in and out and getting the paperwork done quick.

  I want to start off by saying that my salesman Ethan done an amazing job with the purchase of my 2024 GMC 2500. He has been one of the best salesman that I have ever dealt with. The reason I have left a 2 star review is because of the finance advisor Rachid Kaci. It all started off by me telling him that I am a member of OECU and would like for him to send them an inquiry to be able to finance my vehicle. Then we start the process and tells me that Capital One is the best interest rate. So I asked him to put my wife on there to see if it would help since she has a better credit score than I do. Rachid said that there was not need because I have tier 1 credit. So as we are still going through the process my wife calls me so I step out to talk to her during a storm that was about to roll through OKC. Then she ask me if she was going to be on the loan so that it would still help build her credit. So asked him again about my wife being on the loan and he said that there was no need, that I could refinance to be able to get her on the loan. It just felt like he was pushing me to just get the loan done that night. Then as the process was going I never seen really any numbers until we start talking about the warranties. I should of just walked out of the deal but I really liked Ethan and I really liked the truck. It just felt like he was more worried about the warranties on the truck that I just purchased. I have bought numerous vehicles in the past and this deal just made me have buyers remorse with the way the financing went. The following day I spoke to OECU to tell them that I had traded my truck and then they proceeded to ask how come that they never received anything from Bob Moore asking to see if they would finance me. I told OECU that I had told Rachid Kaci that I was a member and that he should check with OECU. Apparently he did not reach out to them. So then I reached out to Rachid and asked him why he didnt reach out to OECU and he told me that it was because they didnt have a good interest rate. So I drove up there and tried to cancel the deal with Capital One and he told me that it was to late. So I reached out to OECU finance manager to ask them how I could get this vehicle loan transferred over to them why I was on speaker phone with Rachid in the room. They began talking back and forth about the deal and OECU was telling him how he could go about getting it done through them but he was not wanting to talk to Vida at OECU. She then began to tell him that they have something called CUDL with the dealership. That means that the dealership was required to give OECU a chance to match the interest rate I got or give me a better one. Then today I go to pay my tag, title and tax at the tag agency and they tell me the tag that they took off my truck I traded was not allowed to be on my new truck. The trade in was in my wife's name and not mine so I should of received a new tag with my temp stickers. Then ask the tag agency about the 2 years that I just paid for on my old truck and it was not transferrable because the new truck was just in my name. So I am out 250 dollars and also the discount that me and my wife would of got for her being Choctaw Indian. I called the dealership spoke to Rachid about what was going on with the tag agency and he told me that I could get my wifes name on the title when I get it paid off. (NO #### ). The tage agency also told me I need an Affidavit of Correction stating name should read my name. So not sure what is going to happen with the situation. Sorry for the rant but from now on I will just get my approval from my bank before stepping into a dealership again. The vehicle deal should be about taking care of the customer.

  I had an excellent experience at Bob Moore on NW Expressway. The team went above and beyond when it came to handling my Endurance warranty claim. They made what could have been a stressful situation incredibly smooth and straightforward. A special thank you to Alec for going the extra mile — your professionalism, communication, and dedication really stood out. You made sure everything was handled efficiently and kept me informed throughout the entire process. Thanks to everyone involved in getting my motor replaced. It’s hard to find this level of service these days. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a dealership that truly takes care of their customers.

  Bought a vehicle here years ago (2019). I still think about the experience frequently. My transmission started slipping on the way to a job. I went to go look at a Duramax they had for sale. They knew my only options on making it to the job was leaving my truck with them to have warranty work done on it and renting a car OR buying a different vehicle as I was far from home. I told them exactly what I was looking for on final price and trade in. Also that I wanted the truck filled up with diesel and the oil changed before I left with it. The salesmen said they were going to talk to their finance manager and get it done. I set in the waiting room for HOURS. It was around 6pm that I got to sign papers for the truck. It was not the deal we had talked about at all but needing to be in Amarillo by the next morning I felt I had no choice as late as it already was. (I was young and dumb). Signed the papers for the vehicle. They gave it to me on E and oil life at 2%. Had me wait all day just to get screwed over. I was there approximately 10 hours that day. Worst buying experience ever. Will always recommend to anyone I know in the area to NEVER buy from them.
