  We stopped by this dealership to take a Yukon on a test drive. We were met by Ethan Thomas. He wasn’t pushy and was understanding on what we wanted. Because of his knowledge and patience and just a very genuine kind person. We bought the SUV. Thx Ethan!!!!!! We love it too!!!!!!!

  Trevor Cary made my purchase of a new automotive so easy. I have been recently widowed and had never purchased a car.   GMC Bob Howard is hands-down the best. Short story: I bought a vehicle from them a year ago and absolutely loved it. About a month ago I was in a bad accident and the truck was a total loss. I reached out to Rick Schulz and Bobby Lubbers, explained what happened, and they were immediately supportive and helpful getting me into a new vehicle. Two weeks later I lost my father. Ricky and Bobby stepped up and handled everything for me — they made the entire purchase process smooth with zero issues. On top of that, they provided me with transportation until my new vehicle arrived. They cared more about my family than anything else, and that speaks volumes. They worked with me on price, and Blake Harris in finance dug deep to get me the best deal and the strongest warranty possible. If you want a solid vehicle and a team that goes all-in to make you feel comfortable and treated like family, this is the place. They’re more than just salespeople — they’re family. And that’s what it’s all about.

  Dishonest. Changed price after we agreed upon a number and shook on it. Only after I brought the vehicle back from private inspection did they decide to add $800 to it. I've bought a bunch of cars, and both times I've bought from a bob moore dealer has been the only vehicles I regretted purchasing. Take your money and run as fast as you can elsewhere. They are crooks

  Great customer service from Alec. Every time I bring my vehicle in for service, he already knows my vehicle and is ready to greet me. He is always friendly, professional, and genuinely happy to help. Throughout every visit, he keeps me updated on the progress of my service and always checks to make sure I don't need anything while I wait. This most recent visit, however, really showed just how dedicated he is to his customers. I was on my way to the dealership to have a tire replaced because of a nail when, about a mile and a half away, the nail came out and my tire instantly went completely flat. I called the dealership, and Alec immediately sent out a mobile service van. They aired up my tire enough for me to safely make it to the dealership without having to wait for a tow or be stranded. (Diego was amazing as well during this) That level of customer service is hard to find. There is a GMC dealership much closer to my home, but because of the exceptional service Alec consistently provides, I will gladly continue making the longer drive. He has made every service experience as easy and stress-free as possible, and he's a big reason I'll continue returning. Thank you, Alec, for always going above and beyond!
