Initial Review: Spent over $16k on a Rice trailer that had Dexter 10K Axle issues right off the lot. Sales guy initially tried to help, but then stopped returning calls or emails when it was clear it wasn't an easy fix. Totally worthless as a salesman taking care of a repeat customer post sale. The GM Jill did the Dexter warranty, but instead of taking care of it with a new part right away so I could use the trailer (like any other dealer would have done) and then they deal with waiting for the warranty process/parts, they made me miss an out of state trip they knew about, while I waited weeks for parts. They didn't even call and let me know the parts were delivered, I had to drive down and tell them they were there, since they didn't return calls or emails from me about it. Dexter emailed me the tracking number. Another $40 in fuel wasted and a lame thank you out the door. Dexter did send the correct parts. UPDATE: Jill the manager reached out and REALLY stepped up on resolving an issue with the spare tire. The Lousy sales guy had quit and she was cleaning up the messes he left. She ordered the correct one and Rice Trailers sent her the wrong size. Rice shipped out the correct size the next day and it arrived at the OKC location late today via FedEx. (10-9-26) Not only did she take care of the Spare Tire issue, She loaded it up in her POV (127 pounds worth) and drove an hour to hand off the tire to me personally. I have had my faith restored in this trailer dealership. She went above and beyond to resolve this issue. WAY more than any other dealer I know. Jill......You did GREAT!!!!! Thank you!!!!
