  On 8-19-2026 I came in to check on a battery about 11am and a black woman about 25yrs old with dreads had a nasty attitude,don't know her name but she needs fired.customers pay your salaries,that why I use the internet to buy most of my parts to save money and not have to deal with all the drama.

  Employees always have attitudes, argue. Charles the sales rep is extremely condescending to his peers and talks down to them in front of customers. Employees argue on the parts yet they don’t know what they’re looking at until the computer tells them. Just go to any AutoZone other than this one if you need parts. It’s specifically this AutoZone

  ​Walked into the store expecting basic customer service and was completely disappointed. When an employee walked us to the commercial department, they made the comment, "I'll take you back here. They need the money." However, the person we actually dealt with acted like they couldn't care less and would rather be doing nothing. No effort was made to help, nor would they even call another store to get the pin number requested. We usually been able to have the account looked up. He then accused us of trying to use someone else's account. He then made a comment under his breath, which i heard. I asked him to repeat it and he would not. We left and went to oreillys right around the corner. The entire experience at oreillys took less than 5 minutes. We were in your store for over 30 minutes and there was only 1 other person in the store at the time we had walked up to the checkout at the front of the store. ​It’s frustrating when buying in-store is more expensive and comes with a terrible attitude. I can easily order parts online for less without the headache. Management claims to care about customer service in their canned review replies—if that were true, they'd actively reach out to resolve issues instead of making customers chase them down. I have the name of the representative who handled our visit if corporate actually cares to fix this. I will add, we never were told our pin or mailed anything from corporate. If its so important get it to the customer. We have asked and only received it today when I called the rep that begged us to do a commercial account. It's been close to a year now. ​Update: Got the standard canned corporate reply below. I’ve already emailed corporate and left a voicemail for the District Manager, who still hasn't called back. Telling me to email another inbox instead of having the DM pick up the phone just proves my point. Total lack of accountability Still no follow up after you said you would in writing

  I didn't catch his name but the nice young gentleman with the longer hair tested my battery and then replaced it for me when it ended up being bad. I've never had a negative experience at this store. They've always let me borrow tools when needed and have been happy to help. Huge kudos to the staff at this location.💕
