He let me take the car home before purchasing so I could see how it fit in my garage, install a car seat and imagine it as my car vs just a test drive. There were a couple of concerns I had about the vehicle (cosmetic) he was able to address these and have them fixed for me. I went in to purchase the vehicle at 1:30 and was on my way by 3:30 which also speaks to their finance office as well (John Downs). Typically, the car buying experience is painful- with Jonathan and John, I can finally say I’ve had a pleasant buying experience! Highly recommend using Bob Moore Audi if you’re looking for a hassle free buying experience.
