  Everyone was very professional and helpful at the dealership, Audi OKC. Collyn did a great job and made me feel very comfortable with this purchase. The finance department explained all my options clearly. The general manager, James, Samples, went above and beyond. The whole team made it a great experience.

  Ryan was an absolute trooper when it came to us buying a car he drove all over gods green earth collecting the cars we wanted to test drive. I’ll admit I’m not the easiest to work with yet he did an absolutely amazing job! Ended up buying from him obviously ! After going to five different dealerships and driving 20+ cars he managed to find us our Q8 and we couldn’t be happier ! Shout out Ryan ! He needs a raise and I don’t mean his quota I mean his pay out haha !

  This review is for the entire Service Department team. From beginning to end, the service process has always been a great experience. From scheduling and having a loaner ready, to receiving a detailed inspection video of my vehicle and a clear report with recommended services, every step has been helpful and well communicated. Over the years, I’ve had the pleasure of working with Kyle, Alexa, and John, and they have all been professional, attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely pleasant to work with- (thank you, John making my most recent visit stress-free!). I appreciate the consistency and level of service this team provides and would highly recommend them.
