  Would recommend to not book with coverage through expedia as it doesn't transfer over. However, Alamo provided excellent customer service and fully refunded what I paid at counter. The car was new, clean, and provided amazing gas mileage. The counter girl was very professional and helpful. Main office after was also amazing. If I could I would give 10 stars for overall experience. Highly recommend them

  Alamo rental was fine had to get help to open gas door to fill-up, have to push it in the middle not top or bottom. Also the key fob buttons were rubbed clean so didn't know which one did what.

  Super friendly and helpful staff. Loved the new and reliable vehicle which I rented for a more than fair rate. My experience with Alamo was positive and enjoyable. I will definitely choose Alamo for future car rentals.

  I’ve never seen a more efficient system to pick up rentals. Having to take a shuttle from the airport isn’t the best however the drivers are super nice and there are people there to help with luggage. On arrival to the rental lot you can opt to do a contactless check in and go straight to the lot to pick up the car. There’s no long walk, it’s all right outside the check in counters. From there you choose whatever car is within your rental agreement (midsize SUV etc) and the keys are there ready to go! There was a whole line of very clean cars to choose from. I was in and out so quickly. The return was just as easy.
