  Watch your bill closely. Got a $1200 + bill for 13 rental for a full-size car. About double what was expected after making our reservation thru Expedia. A lot of unexpected fees. Don’t recommend Alamo at all! 🤬

  Very smooth pickup and drop off experience. The price I was quoted is the price I paid. Eric was amazing at the front desk. Very friendly, flexible, and understanding. We'll definitely rent from Alamo again.

  My rental date was 5/28/2026. The 2026 Jeep Wagoner power steering malfunctioned driving 75 miles an hour on the highway. Alamo abandoned us on the side of the road 22 plus hours and never sent assistance. We were 4 female one an asthma and a senior with Lupus in 101 degrees.We slept in the vehicle because if it was abandoned I’d be responsible for any damages. I had to tow the vehicle myself. My uncle had 3 days to live and we were unable to be there for his transition. I’ve been lied to be multiple representatives of the trip being waived. I booked through Alamo and I’m being told I used a third-party after showing proof I did not. Nothing has been done to rectify my situation as of today and it has been almost a month later. I spent $639.39 on a rental and they are holding an $400 deposit right now. I’m losing my patience at this point after potentially almost losing my life due to a vehicle malfunction. NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE BY ALAMO. If there’s any attorneys that would like to handle this as a case please reach out. This is unacceptable on every level and beyond unprofessional.

  I want to give a huge thank-you to Alamo, especially Taiwan, the wonderful lady who helped us at the desk. During our move to Oklahoma, we were blessed to have her assist us not once, but twice, and both times she went above and beyond for us. Taiwan was extremely kind, patient, professional, and helpful. Moving can be stressful, but she made the rental process smooth and easy. She took the time to answer our questions, explain everything clearly, and make sure we were taken care of. Her customer service was truly outstanding. We were also so grateful for the free upgrades she helped provide. That extra kindness made a big difference during our move and showed how much she cares about her customers. I also want to recognize Jennifer, who received us when we dropped off the car. She greeted us with a warm smile and kind words, which made us feel welcomed, appreciated, and valued as customers. Ending the rental experience with such kindness and professionalism meant a lot to us. Taiwan and Jennifer are both true blessings and wonderful representatives of Alamo. Because of their excellent service, kindness, and above-and-beyond assistance, we will always remember our experience with Alamo in such a positive way. Thank you both for making a stressful move feel much easier!

  Disappointing experience. Thought I had reserved a car about a month before my vacation, but found out all the cars in the class I reserved were gone when I got there?! I ended up being offered a choice between a truck that I never would have chosen, or waiting around to "see what comes in" like that's a viable option. So even though I got "a" vehicle when I landed, I seriously doubt that I'll use the Alamo at OKC again.
