  I have used ProFix multiple times throughout my four years at OU. They always were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. It can be difficult to find an auto body shop that isn’t just trying to make the most money off of you, especially as a young woman. ProFix always explained the problem to me and never made me feel pressured to a decision. I would highly recommend them to everyone!

  Great job by these guys. Have been a customer for around a year and they are thorough, efficient, and keep me informed of what's going on with my vehicle. Shop prices are ridiculously high everywhere so all we can do as customers is find the best shop to trust where you spend your money. I recommend Profix.

  I recently had the AC system repaired on my Tesla at ProFix Auto Repair and had a great experience from start to finish. The team was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything clearly. They diagnosed and repaired the issue quickly, and the cost was significantly less than going through Tesla. It’s hard to find a shop you can trust with a Tesla, but these guys absolutely delivered. Highly recommend them to anyone needing Tesla service or repairs

  I had a persistent check engine light that kept coming back even after clearing it elsewhere. Here they actually took time to dig deeper instead of just resetting codes. After a full diagnostic, they found an oxygen sensor giving inconsistent readings. It wasn’t the cheapest repair, but at least it solved the recurring issue. They showed live data on their scanner which helped me understand what was wrong. That level of transparency made a difference for me.

  Profix drained and filled the transmission on my Lexus GX460. I was apprehensive because Toyota refused service. Profix made it smooth and easy. My GX is shifting better than ever. While I was there I overheard them reviewing service with another customer. It covered everything and I asked them how I could get that service. He said it was simply an oil change but they check everything.
