My brand new vehicle has a loose light and Fowler says unless I can prove I didn’t do it myself (???) it can’t be covered under warranty. Avoid all Fowler dealers, and apparently VW all together as there is nothing the corporate folks can do to help you. Edit: it’s like a $100 part. It’s the principle. If they’re willing to jerk me around over this, would they ever honor a more expensive warranty claim?

He was incredibly accommodating, never once made me feel pressured, and took the time to answer every question thoroughly. I truly felt like he wanted to help me find the right vehicle rather than just make a sale. What really set him apart was the level of care he continued to show even after I drove off the lot. When I had my front windshield replaced, he checked in to make sure everything went smoothly and even shared helpful precautions to follow during the first week after the installation, which is something he absolutely didn’t have to do. It’s rare to find someone who is this knowledgeable, attentive, and genuinely invested in their customers. If you’re looking for a stress-free car buying experience with someone who truly cares, I highly recommend working with him!
