Absolutely Phenomenal Experience – Ask for Ish! If you think your credit or a bad trade-in situation means you can’t get into a great new car, think again. Go straight to VW Norman and ask for Ish. Here is why they are officially my "go-to" dealership: • The Challenge: I walked in with weak credit and a 2024 VW Jetta that was extremely upside down. • The Miracle: The team didn't blink. They worked tirelessly and got me approved for a brand-new 2026 Jetta—complete with an extended warranty and GAP insurance—with $0 down and a monthly payment that only went up by a little over a hundred bucks. • The Service: Ish is incredible—friendly, incredibly knowledgeable, and always available for questions. From the sales manager and finance director down to the porter who made sure my car was spotless, the entire process was seamless, transparent, and dare I say... actually enjoyable. They were a genuine blessing. Don't waste your time anywhere else; go see Ish and the team!

We did not end up buying from here (decided to go with difference brand) but we were pleased with the experience. Ish was very knowledgeable and answered all our questions. I really appreciated that it was a low pressure atmosphere and not pushy at all.

Place is terrible, wouldn't take my car here ever again. Very unprofessional service technicians .This place has issues with being professional and listening to the customer, but this time there technician ( Corbin Rogers) cross the line my question is ,is it ok for your technicians (Corbin Rogers) to go online (Facebook) and talk bad about customers calling them names on Facebook that i wont repeat, just because i couldn't afford to fix my car at the time, I know if I did something like that where I work id be fired or at least written up. You're employees should not be allowed to talk bad about customers on social media calling them poor and slamming people most employers fire employees for things like that ( Corbin Rogers) needs to be humbled i understand his just a kid but needs to know right and wrong im not the first one he has done this too. Very unprofessional and that isn't the way the volkswagen community treats one another,my friends and family will never come back here ever again. Also ill add its illegal to slander someone on social media and as an employer your liable for what you're employees say on social media..... Update: fowler Volkswagen wanted to charge me $740.00 Telling me that the part was like $300.00 and labor was over $400.00 about 4 1/2 hours, I did the work myself the part cost me $77.00 and took 15 minutes to replace and fixed . Before you ever bring your car here do a little research watch YouTube videos try to do it yourself. Saved me over $600.00 . There crooks.....

I brought my vehicle in for a routine oil change and picked it up only to immediately notice a new issue—there were loud rattling/loose-part sounds coming from underneath the car whenever I hit a bump. This problem did NOT exist prior to my service visit. I returned to the dealership right away and explained the situation. They mentioned checking the belly pan and took the car for a test drive, but then told me I would need to pay $180 for a diagnostic. I find this extremely frustrating and disappointing. I’ve been a loyal customer here for three years, my car has only around 50,000 miles, and this issue began immediately after it was in their care. At a minimum, I would expect them to stand behind their work and investigate the problem without charging me—especially when it’s very likely related to the recent service. Instead of taking accountability or even offering a courtesy inspection, I was asked to pay for diagnostics on a problem I did not have before my visit. That doesn’t reflect good customer service or integrity. I hope management reviews this and considers making it right. I would prefer to continue servicing my car here, but experiences like this make it difficult to trust the process.

After having my VW for over three months for warranty work—and even dealing with a crash caused by them—I went to pick it up and immediately noticed a coolant leak. I sent photos to the service department, but they told me they couldn’t find any leak. I ended up having to take it somewhere else just to get someone to acknowledge the obvious issue. The coolant warning light even came on before I left their lot, so it’s not like there wasn’t clear evidence. At this point, I wouldn’t take another vehicle there—I’d rather pay out of pocket than deal with that kind of experience again. I posted a picture of the coolant leak. It took about ten minutes to track down—honestly, it took longer to get the car on the lift than it did to find the problem. The technician said it was likely caused by whoever replaced the inner fender. Yet somehow Fowler couldn’t find this issue at all?
