I came in last week to get the number I need to get my spare key lock to get my spare tire down. Said they’d get it to Ashley in parts. Well, they never even looked at it and/or turned it in. So I got the bars $209 super expensive with no lock key which made it useless. Now I’m back to fix it and they won’t even bump me up in line so I’m waiting AGAIN. I suggest going elsewhere for better service so you don’t have to do things twice or double check everything is done. Took over an hour last week. Let’s see how much more of my time they take for their mistake. Waited an hour and 15 minutes for a five minute job. Plus, employee said they wasn’t there last week and didn’t know if I came in or not. I have ordered parts as proof. Insinuating I’m not telling the truth. Really frustrating. Now, I need more time to pick it up tomorrow. So tiring.
I had one of the worst dealership experiences I’ve ever had.
The dealership completed all of my paperwork, ran my credit, had me sign the finance and warranty documents, gave me temporary tags, and let me drive the truck home. I had the truck for three days before receiving a call telling me I had to return it because the financing didn’t go through.
What made the situation even worse was how I was treated throughout the process. The sales manager, Eric, was extremely rude during our phone conversation. When I told him I wanted to understand my options before bringing the truck back, he told me that if I didn’t return it, he would report it as stolen. Regardless of the legal situation, I found the way he spoke to me to be intimidating, unprofessional, and completely unacceptable.
When I returned the truck, the salesperson, James, was also rude and dismissive instead of showing any understanding for the inconvenience the dealership had caused. At no point did anyone genuinely apologize for wasting my time or acknowledge the stress this situation created.
This entire experience wasted my time, resulted in a hard inquiry on my credit, caused unnecessary stress, and left me feeling completely disrespected.
I would not recommend doing business with this dealership. If you decide to buy a vehicle here, understand that even after signing paperwork and driving the vehicle home, your deal may not be final.
This was my very first time buying a car and my experience was better than 5 stars! Mr. Danny Young was helping us out the entire time and we couldn’t have asked for better customer service. He gave us a lot of information about the car we were interested in, talked us through prices, helped us negotiate a better deal on our trade in, and explained everything in a way that was really easy to understand. Like I said before, as a first time buyer I felt like this nice man knew what he was doing and legitimately cared about helping us leave happy rather than just trying to close a deal. His conversation skills during the waiting periods were also sparkling and he came off as a genuinely nice guy. I give him even more brownie points for being able to retrieve my lost necklace charm from the center console. The way I lost it made me ready to just never get it back again. Even after saying it wasn’t that big of a deal, Mr. Young still gave me his word that he’d try to get it back for me and actually ended up doing it. If you have any hesitation or doubts about this place, throw them out. Especially if you get the pleasure of working with this guy. I’d also like to add that every single employee that helped us were just as amazing as Mr. Young but unfortunately I’m not that great with names and his is the only one I can remember very well since we spent the most time with him. Bottom line is, this place and the people working there are beyond fantastic!
I cannot recommend Ondray highly enough. From the moment we walked in, he was kind, patient, and genuinely focused on helping us rather than just making a sale. He radiates positivity and has a way of making you feel completely comfortable throughout the entire process.
What stood out most was how much he genuinely cared. He took the time to answer every question, made sure we understood all of our options, and never made us feel pressured. Buying a vehicle can be stressful, but he made the experience enjoyable and seamless.
If you’re looking for someone who is knowledgeable, trustworthy, and truly puts their customers first, this is the person to see. We left feeling valued, cared for, and confident in our purchase. Thank you for making what could have been a stressful experience such a positive one!
Thank you Fowler Toyota for hiring a great employee to your team!
I walk-in feel welcome and look at a car as I look at it there's multiple things wrong with it mind you I didn't even get to test drive it, when I looked at it had a flat tire got up under there and looked looked at the sway bar bushings completely wore out, even stated that the brakes need to be redone so I report it put it in the shop for almost a week and they still did nothing with the brakes, let's not mention in no vehicle in any shape or form should the pedal be going to the floor. The whole time they had the vehicle in the shop they were talking about they were worried about the safety issue isn't breaks one of them, it's bad enough again I did not get to test drive it on that behalf that's my fault. There were a crapload of things wrong with this car but they were in a hurry to get rid of it. Let's not forget that they call me and tell me that they don't have any of my information as far as paycheck stubs When I went in with everything That was needed to get this vehicle. Them not having my paycheck stubs on file and calling me to bring it back up there taking time out of my day that is not my fault that they don't have it that is theirs. Now I have every recognition to back out of this vehicle I love it but the same time I've been dealing with dealerships for years and I know what their protocols are. Oh but let's not mention a woman that knows about cars has her on mobile mechanic business and y'all cannot follow proper protocols on what needs to be done on vehicles to make sure our safety is important. So when I put it in the shop they were supposed to do something with the brake pads knowing dang well my rotors are not looking too hot either They didn't do anything to the brakes again my break pedal should not be going to the floor but yet your holler safety is important, no it's not but also let's not mention I do have pictures of this sway bar bushings. The only thing they were really worried about is the fact of when the key broke in the vehicle when I started it That was one thing they were worried about, the only other thing they want to holler at the safety deal was a fact of my key fob and the driver door was not collaborating with each other nor less was the driver door locking with the key fob. So if anybody decides to deal with them and you get a vehicle from them make sure before you leave the premises that they have all your information so they do not call you like they did me, the only excuse they can give me is I'm sorry I don't see it on my end again that's not my problem I'm not going to take my time out of my day on things that I got to do on a mistake y'all made
