  My wife rented a vehicle from this location after ours had to go to the body shop for repairs due to a rear end collision. We live in Norman, so this location was logical. Her first rental lasted only a few days before the vehicle wouldn't start (Nissan Rogue). The second vehicle (VW Taos) was leaking oil in my driveway for 2 days before I noticed that it had an active oil leak. Two vehicles in 10 days; Abysmal vehicle maintenance. Both were low mileage and a year or two old.

  I have been waiting for 2 months to get my deposit back. I have called repeatedly and went to the location. I never imagined it would take this long…. Was told it would be a week. Very frustrating :(

  They were very helpful very kind. I really enjoyed the Mitsubishi 2026 car. That was my rental to the point. I wish I could give him my Jeep renegade and keep the car lol ( smiley face) I miss the great gas mileage

  I am writing to formally commend your organization on its astonishing commitment to 19th-century logistics. My journey began with a delightful three-hour phone call, culminating in a confirmed 5:30 PM truck reservation. Naturally, an hour later, I received a follow-up call informing me that "ready" actually meant "available in two days." When I asked if another branch might have a vehicle, I was informed (with absolute sincerity) that your multi-million dollar enterprise does not utilize a computerized inventory system. In 2026. Fascinating. Undeterred, I spent another hour securing a second reservation at a branch an hour away. Upon arrival, I discovered that this location also practiced the same avant-garde philosophy of renting out non-existent trucks. Exhausted and thoroughly defeated, I ultimately settled for a sub-compact vehicle that I can only describe as a basic, rolling tin can. For context, I am 6’7” and roughly 300 pounds. I didn’t drive your rental car; I wore it. You are truly a first-rate, second-rate corporation. I wish your operations the absolute worst, though it appears you are already achieving that on your own. For anyone needing a car, use the Turo app. It is fantastic and seamless; if the car is shown, it’s immediately available. Unfortunately, I didn’t find out about this until I had the have the rental car surgically removed from my body.
