  After our vehicle was stolen and totaled, we were able to rent through Enterprise. During one of the most stressful situations of our lives, Enterprise made the process smooth and easy. We worked a lot with Taylor during the month we dealt with everything, and Taylor was absolutely amazing. She brought so much positivity into a situation that could have easily stayed negative and overwhelming. Thank you to Taylor and Shawanda for making life a little easier for our family during such a hard time. We truly appreciate it more than you know. Hopefully we don’t need to do business again anytime soon 😅 but if we do, we already know where we’re going. Not enough thank yous in the world.

  I travel fairly regularly for work and use this location anytime I need a rental. I've had nothing but fantastic experiences with all of the staff here, they're all very helpful, super nice, and thorough. Definitely one of the best locations for customer service for car rentals generally, I very rarely encounter the experience at other spots I've been to (in the OKC area or otherwise) that I do here!

  Not great They gave me a car with a leaking tire and sketchy brakes. I tried to take it back and tell them but they told me that was normal and would work itself out if I just drove around for a while. Half the employees were nice the other half were basically condescending. I was not impressed.
