  A good place to get a rental car for any occasion or even a one way trip. They have a lot of cars to pick from, the mileage is usually low, the vehicles are clean, in good condition. The staff is very helpful, knowledgeable and professional.

  Great branch! They gave me a free upgrade on my rental and it was very clean. Great staff with the exception of Clark. While he was showing me my car and we were inside it he kept farting and burping and i think he pooped himself it smelled so bad. Otherwise wonderful experience would definitely recommend.

  Had great service excluding one individual. Clark believe his name was was expressed that I could bring my family as a shuttle was then informed last minute otherwise. Same for the ride back to the hotel then location. They also had issues with a lady with a service animal while I was there. Then was told I would not be allowed a shuttle back to the hotel. After being told yes I would again with my family also forced another person to get an Uber. Use caution when renting from here and who you are dealing with. Same guy was real chumy with someone he knew but rude to other customers.

  I ended up needing to return the vehicle here due to unforseen circumstances and the staff was very accomodating and waived the fees on a one way trip. The day I am writing this was a very stressful one, and they were the light that kept it from being quite worse. This location at the very least is a credit to the company.

  A little disappointed with my experience today. I’ve been renting from this location for a long time and travel frequently for business. It was 101° outside, and I returned my vehicle right around 5:50 PM. Even though customers were still coming in and returning vehicles until around 6:05, one of the representatives told me I needed to be out by 6:10 because they were closed. I completely understand closing time, and if everyone had been locking up and leaving, I wouldn’t have had an issue with it. What bothered me was that employees were still inside working, and I was only asking to stay inside for another 5–8 minutes rather than stand outside in 101° heat. For someone who has been a longtime customer, I just expected a little more courtesy and understanding. Guy was a white guy with glasses.
