  BEWARE!!! Had my son take in his truck for a brake job. Upon inspection of the vehicle they told us that the sway bar links needed replaced. They also told us that the rear shocks were leaking (which we had replaced last year with OEM Toyota Shocks). I went ahead and approved all work, even though I was skeptical that the rear shocks were bad after a year, but I am in Texas and it's important for him to have reliable transportation. After the work was completed, my son mentioned that there was a noise in the front end suspension. I asked him to take it back and the tech told him that the front struts also needed replaced. Interesting, since we replace both front struts and rear shocks last year (again with OEM parts). I did not approve the work and had my son take it to John, the owner of G&S Auto in Norman. He inspected the car, let us know that there was no problem with the front struts, and that Brakes Plus failed to correctly tighten the drivers side front sway bar link. What a shady operation!!! I initially went to them because of their positive reviews. Any parents of OU students, or Normanites in general, should not trust this shop as will clearly rip you off and do shoddy work!!!

  Came in with no appointment and was seen right away for an AC service, they got did a great check to include vacuum test and re serviced the system , it’s no blowing ice cold ! Great work ! And they rotated my tires too ! Again great job ! Very happy would recommend

  Thanks for the breaks . Came in brakes for squealing , and grinding . Maybe huffman told me, don't worry about that. I'll get you fixed up and he did. thank you.

  They told me on the phone they could do the job to come on down. I was quoted 129.00 to do the back breaks. After waiting over an hour and them hitting me with a 500.00 bill. Upcharge. Now they can’t get the parts. I drive a Ford. No brake pads for a Ford SUV??? Disgusted I left Funny thing both the guys in the waiting had nothing good to say either! .

  Malyke and team were so knowledgeable and helpful. Got my car in to fix someone else's mistakes and not only did it cost me less than I expected but the work was done right and in a timely manner. 100% recommend this location
