- ZAZachary Armes5 days ago5.0Amazing service and customer integrity. They did my rear brakes and rotors at a reasonable price, but I was most appreciative of the manager (shoutout Joshua) for being transparent and directly providing me with all the information I should know to make an informed decision. He made it clear that they prioritize transparency and work hard to build trust with their customers. Much appreciated. Highly recommend.
- PPPavi Puri6 days ago5.0I want to share with you that as usual Joshua did an amazing job!! He has moved from 2 other stores in the same company to the present one. Joshua was honest, efficient & paid attention to the details. I highly recommend this store & don't forget to ask for Josh. Thank you Josh!! Keep up the good work!!!
- EEElijah EllisOct 6, 20265.0Scheduled an alignment appointment for 4pm, but I called ahead and able to get in a little early. I had scheduled the service, but the first tech had an alignment inspection done first. Then they brought me out to look at the alignment and showed me exactly what was wrong. Took about an hour and was $50 cheaper than the other places I looked. A bunch of stand up guys who show you exactly what’s wrong and fix it for cheap. 10/10
- ALAlissa LowingOct 3, 20265.0Came in and got out in less then an hour for an oil change and rotate. They also give you a full complimentary inspection in case you have any other issues going on. Highly recommend this location and the manager Josh goes above and beyond
- ABAmber BondSep 30, 20265.0Great experience with Brakes Plus! I originally brought my car in for a radiator and a valve gasket, they also discovered my timing chain was extremely loose\. They took a video and showed me exactly what they found, which I really appreciated\. I brought it back a few days later for the timing chain replacement, and they beat everyone else’s price\. They were quick, professional, easy to work with, and fair on pricing\. I honestly wouldn’t have known my car was a potential ticking time bomb if they hadn’t caught it and alerted me\. I highly recommend Brakes Plus\!
