  everyone at this location is so amazing and accommodating! i had an issue with my AC and had to take it back a couple times due to a different issue and they had no problem helping until my AC was completely fixed. they also offered me a ride home when i didn’t have one as my service would take a few hours. i just moved to norman last year so they will definitely be my go to mechanics from now on.

  My first time there I had a great experience the manager and his staff seemed very very knowledgeable. Did not try to oversell or under sale or sell me more than what I needed went to a competitor that tried to charge me thousands for something I did not need brakes, Pluse, Josh and his team figured out that I did not need new calipers and all that I needed was a brake flush, which only cost $100 at the time extremely happy with them will be a continued customer and recommend future customers to break Pluse Josh and his team thank you guys so very very much

  This is my first time coming to this location in Norman and I had a very good experience. The staff was very friendly and personable to the job needing to be done, and also very detailed about the service. I appreciate the transparency from Josh, as he gave me many options for my service, and communicated very effectively. Service was relatively fast for the job I had done, and also the prices are very reasonable. I would definitely recommend this brake shop for anyone who is looking for a comfortable environment, and great service!
