  Sammy was very kind and helped me get checked in. I am very happy with the service I received. The lobby also had free WiFi so I was able to get some work down while waiting which was very convenient!

  Sammy was extremely courteous and the mechanic was professional, efficient and didn’t mind me watching him work. I’ve been fixing things for over 30 years in defense and medical sectors and can recognize pros doing it right. I would definitely return for service.

  2hr and 40 min for a break inspection and a quote for some work. The only thing that was recommended however was a break flush for $99 but that was not going to take care of noise And I replied that we will do that when we take care of the work that is causing the noise. I was just hoping that it was brakes that I was needing however, my brakes were good, but my rotors had some heat cracks, which were causing the noise, the technician told me so I asked for a quote and decided on no work do to the work being more then just the brakes and I was prepared to pay for brakes being done, but nothing else which was gonna be around $600 but if I had them do the rotors and brakes and brake flush it was gonna be 1400 now so it’s worth it for me to do it myself and I appreciate that they looked at my vehicle but I do feel that because I didn’t go with a $99 brake flush that at the time was presented to me like my only option but wasn’t gonna take care of my noise and I said no I’ll wait and do that at the same time and then we proceeded to wait for a very long time and I got up and looked multiple times that my vehicle sitting in the bay with tires on it down hood down This is after the inspection so just beware if you use their free services and choose to not go with any work you will probably get some of your time wasted too.

  I popped a tire and had my car towed here because it was closest to my apartment. I didn’t know that they don’t do tires, but Josh drove me and the tire to Walmart auto center, and when they didn’t have the tire I needed in stock, he called around and drove me across town to a place that did, and then picked me up when I had a new tire. I will be coming here for car maintenance for as long as I live in Norman, and I will recommend him to everyone I know with a car. Five stars is not enough!!!
