    I recently moved out of town but still chose to work with this dealership because I’ve always had such positive experiences with them. Even from a distance, the team made everything easy, smooth, and stress-free. Konnor was wonderful to work with — responsive, patient, and genuinely helpful throughout the process. Preston (GSM), Randy in used cars, and Phil in new car sales all went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of, and Richard in finance made the paperwork side simple and easy to understand. It says a lot about a dealership when you’re willing to travel or work remotely just to buy from people you trust. The customer service here has always been excellent, and I truly appreciate how professional and accommodating everyone was. Highly recommend this team to anyone looking for a vehicle.

    I originally started my car search at this dealership before ultimately purchasing at the Toyota sister store, but I still wanted to leave a review because everyone here treated me so well throughout the process. Konnor was the salesperson I worked with, and he was great — friendly, patient, knowledgeable, and never pushy. He made the experience feel comfortable and actually listened to what I was looking for instead of trying to force a sale. Preston (GSM), Randy in used cars, and Phil in new car sales were all also very professional and helpful, and Richard in finance made everything easy to understand and stress-free. Even though I ended up finding the exact vehicle I wanted at the Toyota sister store, this team absolutely deserves recognition for how well they treated me. You can tell customer service matters here, and I’d definitely recommend giving them a chance if you’re shopping for a vehicle.

    We’ve dealt with quite a few dealerships over the years, and this one was honestly one of the best experiences we’ve had. The atmosphere was welcoming, the staff was attentive, and nobody made us feel rushed or pressured. Preston (GSM) clearly cares about customer experience and keeping things running smoothly. We weren’t sure if we were getting a new or used car, but Konnor got us hooked up with a great car and was very patient. Randy in used cars was extremely helpful and transparent throughout the process, Phil in new car sales was patient and easy to talk to, and Richard in finance made everything simple and explained things clearly without the usual stress. It’s refreshing to work with a dealership that treats people with respect and actually values long-term customers. We’ll definitely be back in the future and would recommend them to friends and family.

    Nissan has demonstrated a serious and ongoing failure in handling a safety recall and basic customer service obligations. Despite multiple attempts to resolve an active recall issue, we were repeatedly told we would receive a follow-up call that never occurred. The recall itself remains unresolved, yet instead of addressing the defect, we were told the issue was due to the vehicle being “driven too much,” which is not a valid or acceptable response to a recall concern. Customer Affairs has been completely ineffective. Calls are not returned, correct contact information is not provided, and follow-through is nonexistent. When we attempted to escalate the issue, the representative refused to transfer us to a manager and would not provide a direct contact number for escalation, leaving no meaningful path forward for resolution. This creates the impression of a system designed to prevent escalation rather than resolve issues. The lack of accountability and transparency is unacceptable, especially in the context of an unresolved safety recall. At this point, we are in the process of filing a formal complaint with the NHTSA regarding the handling of this recall and the failure to properly address a potential safety issue. At minimum, this reflects severe deficiencies in customer support operations. At worst, it raises concerns about how recall-related complaints are being handled and escalated internally. We are still left without resolution. This experience has been frustrating, dismissive, and unacceptable. DO NOT BUY A NISSAN
