  I am disabled, I wasnt greated very nicely. About 6 employees at right corner of building at bench heckled me and my family and one employee called me a freak. Is it normal to be treated badly for being disabled. I will not purchase from these individuals.

  Stopped in to look at a Pathfinder end of Sept 2026. Had a few specifics in mind of features we wanted and some we did not want. We were met by Josh Acuna and later Phil Smalls. They worked together well to provide us with choices of vehicles that fit what we wanted. They were so very kind, not pushy in a "car salesman" way, very accommodating, laid out the details of pricing and we made a deal. It was great!! This was the best car purchasing experience ever!!! We highly recommend Bob Moore Nissan - ask for Josh! He was great too with setting up the app, bells and whistles that us old folks are not the best at. Richard in finance was great, too. Explained the warranties in terms I could understand. These three were awesome!!

  **** Undisclosed Prior Damage, Deceptive Paperwork, and Executive Stonewalling. **** Sadly, I purchased a used 2025 VW Tiguan SEL R-Line from Bob Moore Nissan in Norman, Oklahoma, only to discover I was sold a vehicle with undisclosed pre-existing body damage and unrecorded prior repairs. A certified collision facility inspected the vehicle and confirmed that it had undergone previous, unrecorded body and paint work. When I contacted the dealership to request their internal intake and inspection paperwork, Quinn (General Manager) and his team sent me an official dealer sheet showing a perfect "Passed" status across all categories. However, during the sales process, staff explicitly admitted that the vehicle’s rear glass had been shattered by the transporter prior to sale. To present a customer with a clean internal "Passed" intake form while harboring verbal and physical knowledge of transport damage is a flagrant deceptive trade practice. I brought this physical evidence and the conflicting documentation to the attention of Preston, Randy, and the sales management team, demanding a contract rescission (unwind) to make this right. Their response? Complete denial of responsibility and a flat-out refusal to take back a vehicle that carries significant inherent diminished value due to their failure to disclose its repair history. Because Quinn, Preston, and Randy have chosen to ignore documented facts and protect their profit margins over consumer protection, I have officially escalated this matter. Formal fraud and deceptive trade practice complaints have been filed with the Oklahoma Attorney General's Consumer Protection Unit, the Oklahoma New Motor Vehicle Commission, and my financing credit union, Tinker Federal Credit Union (TFCU). Do not trust the "clean" vehicle history reports or the "certified" multi-point inspections provided by Bob Moore Nissan. They are fully willing to sell vehicles with unrecorded, undisclosed prior repairs and hide behind "As-Is" clauses when caught. If you value transparency and consumer safety, buy your vehicle elsewhere.
