- JAJustin AllenAug 28, 20265.0The service manager Jake had exceptional service 5 out of 5 he was honest and shot me straight on my repairs , gave me multiple routes to fix my vehicles issue and options of preventative options as well , I really appreciated the choices an ultimate was able to choose what was best for me !

My wife and I called numerous times about warranty work and were repeatedly told someone would call us back about a rental, but no one ever did. Even after speaking directly with the service manager and being assured we had a rental, we never received a call back the day he said he would even after telling him the vehicle had left my wife stranded. We finally took our business to Red River Nissan in Ardmore, and the experience has been wonderful. Their communication and customer service have been excellent. Unfortunately, I can’t say the same for this dealership.

He makes the buying experience easy. He answers all questions but doesn’t pressure you into anything. My husband and I are so happy with our two Nissans. They want hundreds of dollars more for parts you can find cheaper easily. Again, talented technicians. Brakes, serpentine belt, oil, etc will be fine here, but for more major work definitely ask around your area for quotes.
