- HSHeather Seal-Breslin5 days ago5.0I did not purchase my Cadillac from Bob Moore, but had a very strange problem happen while I was in Norman. In the middle of dorm move out, my key fob decided to stop working. I was able to somehow get the car started and drove to Bob Moore where Kelso and his service staff did all that they could to figure out the problem. Unfortunately the issue is still unresolved, but the team were able to get it started reliably enough that I was able to drive home to Texas. I was very touched by their caring and kind attitude, and would strongly recommend this dealer to anyone in the area.
