  Walked in asking for help with a battery issue. The 2 gentleman that were in at the desk immediately jumped into to provide assistance. They both assisted on checking and changing out my battery within minutes. It’s a rare occasion that customer service is this top notch. Super thankful for the friendly faces and the urgency to help me out.

  So I pulled up to AutoZone on 12th St. like I was stocking up for a full-on paint apocalypse… and apparently I was the reason they ran out 😅 Manager there tells me, “Yeahhh… you might wanna try the Main St. location, but heads up—the paint section’s kinda in disarray.” Cool, cool… expectations set low. So I roll into the Main St. AutoZone, and that’s where I meet Alex—who looks like he just respawned from a late-night gaming session but is somehow running the tightest ship in the paint game. I ask him about the “disarray”… and this man basically looks around at his perfectly lined-up shelves like, “??? Not on my watch.” Paint aisle? IMMACULATE. Inventory? DIALED. Energy? Somewhere between pit crew and GameStop grandmaster 😂 Not only did he have everything in stock, but he helped me price check so I could match over at O'Reilly Auto Parts like a true budget ninja. Moral of the story: If you think you cleaned out the paint supply of an entire city… you probably did. But Alex on Main St.? He was ready for war. 10/10 experience. Give that man a raise—or at least a controller 🎮
