  Came in a few days ago to get some oil and power steering fluid, as well as a new battery for my old 2010 Honda Accord as it had died on me. Tatum (I believe that's what her name was) was incredibly helpful to me and my grandmother, and even helped us change out the battery herself. Tatum was incredibly kind and knowledgeable, which really helped make things better after such a stressful day. Amazing customer service overall, after breaking down I was all fixed up and back on the road in the same day. Thank you for all your help!

  I don't live in the area, and I know auto parts stores can be hit or miss. Took a chance and pulled in here. My car is older and a bit uncommon, so I wasn't sure how it was going to go. I went in and was greeted by one of the managers. I don't remember his name (super bad at that, sorry!) but he had a bunch of tattoos. I told him what I was looking for and he hit the back to find out for me once it popped up in the system. Took a minute to find it (pretty common when your daily is a 90s Saturn) but he came back with what I was looking for. Super easy transaction, and really nice to find an auto parts sales person that isn't a jerk because I'm not a guy.

  I came in feeling really upset, cold, and frustrated dealing with the rain and my windshield wipers, but Lewis (I believe that was his name) completely turned my day around. He took the time to explain the differences in the wipers and helped me choose the right ones for my car. Even more impressive, he helped replace them out in the rain and showed me how to use some of the functions in my new car. He also helped me pick the correct oil for my vehicle. Lewis was patient, knowledgeable, friendly, and genuinely kind. I left smiling and in a much better mood than when I walked in. Customer service like that is rare, and I really appreciated the care and effort he put into helping me. Thank you so much!

  I understand people make mistakes. I understand even store managers make mistakes. HOWEVER, for the store manager to fail to test a new alternator, sell it to me, then have a smug attitude about the whole situation and act wishy-washy about providing any actual restitution for the customer is completely unacceptable. If I have an account in AutoZone, a store manager should be able to leave a note to let me get the better quality alternator for the cheaper price at a different location, rather than having to return to the same location to get the one deal that my dad and I had to force out of the manager. Why would I go back to the same location that clearly is not taking care in testing every single product they send out? If leaving a note on a customer account isn't viable, you have business cards with the manager's name and a pen. Sign it and give it to me, but don't make me change my move-out plans or uproot my college graduation just to give you a chance to screw up again. And lastly, if you make a mistake, as a store manager you should own up to it. Don't give the customer attitude when you're screwing with his graduation and move-out plans. The only reason it's two stars instead of one is because the employees actually have the guts to call out when their manager makes a mistake. I will not be returning to this location, and it's going to take quite a bit from a Regional Manager or equivalent to get me to return to any AutoZone in the future.

  I just needed a tail light bulb replaced and Terry @Norman store on 12th street was very accommodating..even though the store was busy!! Thank you Terry!!
