  Extremely unprofessional car was taken to this place for the bumper to be replaced and they just started repairing all kinds of things and racked up a bill of $3,600 then once that was paid they called back and demanded a additional $400 that was not spoken of i am highly disappointed. High priced , word means nothing If you dont like surprises dont use.

  Everyone knows you get to choose the place you take your car for repairs. I went to ask a few questions and the manager starts threatening me and using racial slander. I left and called my insurance company after this and the manager at gerber called the police to impound my car. he didn’t want to fix it due to me having questions about how he ran his shop! So I guess I got my answers dude is forsure crooked and is probably committing insurance fraud. Will be calling corporate to submit a formal complaint. Also statefarm said they will be investigating into the issue so luckily I’m not alone in this.

  Great experience! Vehicle was in and out quickly. Repairs were awesome and looked just like new. Very friendly staff and communication was awesome.

  10 out of 10 recommend Gerber for collision needs!!! These people went above and beyond with my vehicle, even cleaned my truck for me! I will be using them from here on out. Great customer service from start to finish, and the work looks like quality work! Thank you Gerber!
