  I came in for a new battery after mine stopped holding a charge. The cashier helping me was in training, but did a great job getting me the right battery. I mentioned I had bought my previous battery from AutoZone a couple years ago but assumed the warranty had expired. While installing the new one, the manager noticed my old battery had a four-year warranty and asked to look up my purchase. He confirmed it was still under warranty, refunded my purchase, and completed the exchange. Everyone was polite, professional, and attentive. I really appreciate the integrity—especially since I didn’t even realize the warranty was still valid. I’ll definitely be recommending this location and will continue using AutoZone.
