  I've tried multiple times to cancel an account because I no longer have the vehicle. I've talked to people there, made calls, emails, with no solution for 4 months now. Apparently without there sticker or RFID number you canr get help. Worst customer service I've ever seen.

  Two separate episodes: 1. Stephen - assisted me when my accounts didn’t merge correctly. He was so very helpful and courteous while straightening things out. Kudos! 2. I lost a very sentimental earring and was hoping it was somewhere in the car I had not already searched. My daughter vacuumed the car and heard something metallic being sucked into the vacuum. Lala and Raymond helped her open the vacuum and recover my beloved earring. I truly thought I’d never see it again. They took extra time sifting through the debris and I can’t thank them enough! The customer service at this location was outstanding and I recommend them highly! The Muskogee Take 5 team is 5 star!!

  The manager, Stephan (I could be misspelling this) was very friendly and attentive! He said they have big changes in the works for this Muskogee location and I’m excited to see it happen! And the wash was good, as always!

  Quick, easy drive thru carwash with very personable staff. The detail station stocked with towels, glass cleaner, and interior cleaner is a great addition. The exterior of my Dodge Durango rental car was clean except for the rear license plate indent where a little road grime was still on each side - a typical hard-to-clean area for automatic carwashes. The vacuum cleaner had enough power to just about suck up the thinner than expected carpeted floor mats - super clean after a few moments attention. I don't typically clean a rental car before returning, but we got this one dirty from visiting cemeteries - mud, grass, and artificial flowers debris.

  Since February 11, 2026 I have been subscribed to the Unlimited Car Wash package #3 and as of May 11, 2026 I have been charged a total of 4 times from February-May. The first 3 charges from February-April I was charged $24.00 and as of May 2026 I was charged $27.00. When I inquired about this at the Muskogee, Oklahoma Take 5 location I was told: “You’re actually getting it cheaper so I am curious as to why you want to cancel? Because there was a sign out on February 1, 2026 saying the price would be going up.” I explained that I did not sign up until February 11, 2026 and was not informed I would be paying more than $24.00 each month. He was unable to give reason and was rude when I was in inquiring about why I have been charged more this month. I enjoy using Take 5 as my car wash provider but due to the lack of communication, poor customer service, and unauthorized price increase I have unsubscribed. I would still like to be advised as to why I was charged more this month. I have sent this to their customer service support provided on the website.
