I went in for a routine oil change, and while completing their inspection, the team noticed that my sway bar link was damaged. They not only took the time to explain the issue to me, but also took pictures so I could clearly see what they had found and offered to take care of the repair. I declined the repair at the time, but I genuinely appreciated the way they handled everything. There was absolutely no pressure or pushy sales tactics—just honest communication, professionalism, and a willingness to go above and beyond to take care of the customer. That kind of service is becoming harder to find. I appreciate the extra effort and the way they treated me. Excellent customer service and highly recommended!

Update: the manager apologized and returned my diagnostic fee, so good on them for customer service there. I hope they'll get some more professional development to better diagnose these problems for others. I have been taking my car here for years starting in 2020. Up until recently I'd been fairly satisfied. I got a second vehicle that was a bit older and they just can't seem to figure out how to diagnose and care for it. I have spent thousands on it this year. They told me that I needed a new water pump, so I did that. Then there's a coolant leak. I bring it in and they call me and say my van is "perfectly fine." I only did short drives for a couple months but the first time I needed to drive a couple hours, we're overheating. I went to see family and my cousin identified where a leak was and tightened a clamp, said that would probably only hold up a little bit, and suggested I replace the upper radiator hose since that was visibly tearing. That worked for a couple weeks and then it's leaking again. I thought I'd give this place another chance since I know leaks sometimes only show up in certain conditions. So I brought in a new upper hose and tried to point at where my cousin had gone under my van to tighten a bracket to give them some direction on where to look. They call me and say they can't find any leak. I had my cousin call them and tell them what he did. The shop calls me back like "your lower hose is malleable; you should replace that," to which I'm very surprised that they're telling me they can't find any leaks and they didn't bother checking the lower radiator hose. I got that replaced as well. The low coolant light was on when I started it up in their lot. I just put more coolant in at home thinking they just didn't bother topping me off. I replaced the radiator cap myself because I saw some cracks in the seal. After all that I was noticing puddles of coolant under my van and having to refill every time I drove it for a couple of days. It's definitely coolant as I can touch it and feel it is not water. I know the system can burp up some coolant after getting some work done; this just seemed like too much. I even showed them a picture of this huge puddle that formed over just a few hours while it was 100 degrees outside (so not water) and showed it to them when I dropped it off again. They call me an hour later and say it's fine and there's no leaks. I went to pick it up and was shocked they were charging me $100 for diagnostics after I had just spent over two grand on repairs the previous two weeks on top of the other thousands in business I've given this place. The guy said that they had it running "for a few hours," that it was my radiator cap, and that the mechanic they had looking at it has so much experience and he'd trust if the mechanic can't find any leaks. I know it's not unheard of for new parts to not work properly, but it is absolutely not my radiator cap. I know this after driving it a while after that and getting it to another shop since then. It was so hard to not Karen them about two weeks prior when they said they couldn't find a leak and after my cousin told them where it was, they determined that that hose needed replaced. Plus they called and said it was fine after one hour then claimed they ran it for a few hours. I decided to be nice and just pay the $100 and not come back. I hope it's worth squeezing me for that last $100 as I think I've been very forgiving for them not finding and fixing issues and still bringing my vehicle back. But let's focus on yesterday and today, NOT EVEN TWO WEEKS LATER. I AM STRANDED. Serious coolant leak. Have to stop every ten miles or so to fill with water while I was over two hours of normal driving from a city. I'm very fortunate I keep plenty of water in that vehicle. Of course it's a Saturday night getting into town and everything is closed, same with Sunday. So thanks to this place for putting so little effort into checking my vehicle, taking my money, claiming everything was fine when it wasn't, and making me miss work.
