  The people that I worked with were great, but the vehicles were horrible. I’m not sure why the only options for a large-class SUV is exclusively a Jeep, but the Jeeps have well documented technology issues. I had 2 Jeeps with different electronic issues, and the only thing I could do was get into another Jeep

  Great experience overall. After I was rear-ended, I picked up my rental car from Enterprise in Moore. For the first two weeks, I paid for the hail coverage fortunately, there was no hail. I also received a $50 refund. The employees were fantastic.

  Great place to get a rental! Kris was a great help! We will be returning to this location for sure. Cars are clean and lot is quickly accessible to I-35.

  Aspen is so unprofessional. She called me on 6/17/2026 regarding a reservation. Upon speaking this location was too far and she mentioned she could connect me to someone at a different location. She cold transferred me with no heads up and I was on hold and unable to speak with anyone. I called her back and she just told me my reservation had been transferred to the other location. I told her, “ you know it would have been nice to know you were connecting me to a recording and not an actual person!” Aspen replied, “for sure!” No apology no accountability I was flabbergasted.
