  Johnny and his associate helped me find my turn signal light bulb so quick and even help me put them on my car for me!! Amazing service!! Will be back for all my car help!

  Casey Mason was very honest and helpful when checking the battery on my truck! Great advice and great customer service! Even better attitude! Makes my day when employees genuinely take pride in their work! Coming to auto zone in moore from now on!

  I stopped by Lowe’s after work because I needed an axle nut socket along with a few other things. Lowe’s didn’t have the socket I needed, and I noticed the AutoZone in Moore was closing in about 15 minutes. Since Lowe’s is right across the street, I called to see if they had the socket before driving over. When the employee answered the phone, he let out an exaggerated irritated sigh before speaking. He confirmed they had the socket, but then told me that if I was coming I needed to “hurry up.” Lowe’s is literally across the street, less than two minutes away. If I hadn’t made it in time, that would have been fine. Just close the doors at closing time. I’ve worked in retail, customer service, and the service industry, and I currently own a retail business myself. I understand how frustrating it can be when customers show up close to closing. That said, customer service is still a core part of the job, and frustration like that shouldn’t be taken out on customers. Other than that interaction, my experiences at this location have generally been positive. This was just a disappointing moment of customer service that stood out.
