  I came in to do a routine oil change for my car. The service was quick and the auto technician pointed out I definitely needed new windshield wipers which I promptly purchased with my oil change service. Having said that, the technician handling the undercarriage of my car failed to secure the front bumper splash guard. Upon driving away I could here grinding noises as I turned corners. While checking for any damage I could see a hole where the plastic was shredded by my driver side tire. I returned to the garage and the technicians secured the splash guard in place. I am highly disappointed in Valvoline and their employees for failing to ensure my car was assembled correctly as it was before I arrived. I won't be returning to any Valvoline location for their services.

  This location in Midwest City was wayyyyyy better than the one I use in Shawnee. The team here went above and beyond for me and didn't try to hustle me. Very satisfactory and they deserve a raise! I'll continue with the Midwest City location, worth the drive. Shawnee location has lost my business.

  Bear and David have been AMAZING!! Those guys on Air Depot, they know how to take care of their customers. Top customer service, every time! They’re reliable, and knowledgeable! I recommend this place to everyone that asks!
