  I love this carwash. They provide window cleaner, towels, vacuumes, and floor mat washers for free and usually the car comes out great. They have a great deal for first time customers too. Never been back to any other carwash since I used Tommy's.

  Do not take your car here! The wash left several scratches in my drivers side door. I noticed it 3 hours later, let them know and they refuse to take ownership and fix it. Poor customer service, damaging wash, and horrible vacuums. Club carwash is so much better!

  Gift cards, I received one, from someone is out of town is just 20.0O I found unnecessary download the app for just one time use 20.00 The cashier wants to call the person to give me the card to activate that All that was waist time over small amount of money. The cashier has the information that I have a balance there and didn’t want to honor the stupid 20.00. Every thing is good, BUT I think gifts cards are a trap, a way to force you to open an account there.

  Very friendly and helpful, had a billing issue and Tyler took care of it in a matter of hours and was very apologetic about the issue. I would highly recommend them.

  I've been going to Tommy's Car Wash in Midwest City for a couple of years now. I like the staff and the convenience of pulling up and getting let thru immediately. I do the works for $39.99 a month. I started noticing scratches on the front, sides of my car. I was telling my friends and family "I think the car wash is scratching my car. I put some paint over the scratches and went thru again and sure enough it came off. I did this several times to make sure. It is the metal machine at the end that comes up and sprays the tire shine on both sides. I didn't want to make accusations until I knew for sure. I finally spoke up to a worker about the issue. He said he would file a report, take pictures, and give this information to the manager. The manager called and I explained the situation. He did not take any responsibility at all. He said that the damage were from a curb or curb stopper. That I should file it on my insurance, that this damage did not come from his car wash. So, I guess I'm being called a liar. I just wanted it fixed. Be careful when you go there because it could happen to you.
