  I took my car in a panic due to it shooting a lot of computer errors and jerking when putting into drive. When they called to deliver news that’s hard to hear they not only had options, but they chose options that were not super expensive, but enough to fix the issue pay his shop, and send us on our way! So thank you for being human, and.taking such great care of my car. I recommend them over anyone else!

  I’ve been coming here for years . Spent so much money on car repairs here for them to tell me I owe $125 for a diagnosis that I’ve never had to pay before in the past . A new policy definitely could’ve been mentioned to me BEFORE dropping off my car considering that I am a RETURNING customer that has never paid a diag fee . They definitely got me out of $125 for that & Derek responding with “oh well , there’s a sign right here” is extremely inconsiderate giving how much I came here . Won’t be spending anymore of my money here . RESPONSE : Oh please. I was getting charged that fee regardless of me saying I could find cheaper else where. Claiming to charge someone a fee because they want to find somewhere cheaper is unprofessional. It should be up to the customers standards & what they are able to afford. It’s never personal but you took it personal . Especially since I’ve already spent thousands of dollars here .. Was the fee because I wanted to find cheaper or because it’s a real policy for every diag ? At least be honest & stop the false narrative. Regardless, it should have been discussed before dropping off my car when I called over the phone whether a new policy was put in place a year ago or 10 years ago .. Ya’ll have been the only people to work on my car since I’ve had issues with it & I would have still returned as a customer if there wasn’t lack of communication , consideration & professionalism .

  I couldn’t figure out my break light issue, and RSS fixed the problem in a timely manner and I’ve also had other problems with other vehicles that they have fixed and they are very trustworthy and absolutely have fair pricing, I would recommend this shop for sure
