Enterprise, Blaine and Dominic (at the MWC location) were extremely helpful to us, as we required an emergency van rental. I will absolutely spread the word of how amazing Enterprise was for me, and will do business with them again!

Both times I have been in this rental car facility they always have too many customers and not enough workers and not enough vehicles it's happened twice I know they get a lot of business from some of the collision companies in the area but there experience their with that piece was not very good however they did not charge me for upgrading at their expense nor did they charge me extra rental at their expense because they upgraded me but it took them a long time to service me.

My boyfriend and I had an absolute fiasco happen where we had to rent a car in Georgia at the airport we were able to upgrade to a bigger car seamlessly. I got the extra Insurnace on the vehicle because it’s worth it and had no issues driving it through 4 states. We dropped it off in Midwest city where Dominick, Jack, and Maxwell were all so nice and able to help me. I even left a pair of super nice JBL headphones in the big nice Jeep Wagoneer and they were nice enough to call me so that I was able to come pick them up even after we had already returned it. That shows good moral character too!! The place was clean and they were quick to help me. 10/10 renting experience.

Dominick Martinez adds great value to Enterprise. I've rented a lot of cars from enterprise over the past couple years. He was probably the most friendliest and helping employer I've ever used an enterprise. Great work.

This location deserves negative stars. Renting out broke down cars! It wasn't until corporate was called that they all of a sudden had working cars! There is so much more but I am too angry to type it all! NEVER RENT FROM ENTERPRISE
