Michael was great! This is my 2nd time renting through them, and I haven’t had any issues at all! So I definitely will be back.

Micheal at the Mcalester location is a joke. About a month ago we had a reservation went in was told we'd have to come back the next day because he had no vehicles. The next day when I returned , I was given the vehicle that was sitting on the lot the initial day. Now my car is in the shop and the warranty company set up a reservation when my parents went to get the car he was not very friendly and informed my parents they'd have to come back the next day at 4 pm. Then at 4 pm the next day Micheal informed them there still was no car to rent they'd have to come back Friday in 2 days. Then when my disabled mother gets upset she's informed she won't be getting a car at all from them. My dad was late 2 days for work due to Micheal not even having the decency to reach out to the customers and let them know that things have changed and he won't have a vehicle ready. My father gotta ride up at work for being late and we still don't have a car!

Michael at Enterprise did an exceptional job helping us after our accident. We were traveling through Oklahoma and are not from the area, so we were suddenly in a difficult situation. He worked efficiently to make sure we had a rental car by the end of the day and was even willing to help arrange a ride from the accident scene to Enterprise. Thankfully, our tow truck driver was able to bring us, but we really appreciated Michael being willing to work with us. After such a stressful day, his kindness and efficiency made a huge difference. Thank you, Michael, for going above and beyond! ❤️

I have a pick up time of 8 am but nobody is here to do anything and I’ve been here for 25 minutes , if I were that late you’d charge me more ?
