  Took over an hour for an oil change. They tested my battery first and said it couldn’t be read and that it needed replacement, but I later tested it myself and it seemed fine. I was asked about my cabin air filter, and the employee appeared unsure and looked up instructions while attempting it, and made a comment about not wanting to mess anything up, so I declined further work on that part. I also heard a comment from an employee about avoiding mistakes like draining a transmission, which made me a bit uneasy. Overall, the process felt disorganized, and communication wasn’t very clear. I’ve never had an oil change take this long.

  Good place just don't put on the receipt correctly I have told them to put 55 air pressure in my tires and the receipt says 35 which is way to low for my tires. They said that my front differential is leaking no evidence of leaking on my driveway

  After my terrible experience at the valvoline on gore, I took a chance and came here to the one on cashe and even tho Groupon was a struggle Caitlyn helped us out and honored what we bought on Groupon. Highly recommend her for any of your vehicles needs

  Toby did a great job explaining the whole process to me. Jennifer did the oil change and there was another man training a new employee, all around get communication, service and truly just nice!

  Fantastic service!! Great people!!! Communication is key. I was acknowledged with a great smile by the spectacular Jennifer before my window was completely down. I arrived just before closing and was treated like the President. James the Mgr. and Jennifer “Super” Tech. were both courteous, professional and efficient. Nothing better than doing business with positive, kind people that are good at their job and genuinely care. A quick detailed check that everything was working correctly. James then took care of the oil change while also managing another car. Jennifer spent 10 minutes changing my cabin air filter (would have taken me at least an hour) by removing my glove box (which was not cooperating), multiple screws & latches and a panel behind to install a fresh new filter. At the same time assisting with the oil change. My truck smells better than it has in ten years. I had no idea an air filter was there. In & out in 15-20 minutes. Unbelievable!! Awesome job!! I’ll be bringing all of my cars to you!!
