  The situation of returning the vehicle to enterprise took longer because so many people were there to return their vehicles. I suggest you return the vehicle as early as possible to avoid long wait time.

  I can’t say enough great things about this Enterprise location! Rodney was so nice and so helpful to get us the right rental for our move! The people are just wonderful there!

  Would have given five stars but I they couldn't come pick me up, I had to arrange my own transportation to their facilities

  Absolutely horrible experience. Weren’t there on pick up time. No one is answering the phones. I’ve been sitting at the dealership for hours waiting on my vehicle to show up

  U need to be able to give 0 stars They are the most rudest people matter fact, manager is rude. That’s who I talk to. I was stuck in Lawton Oklahoma because my car broke down. He would not help me. I had to call back to Texas to get somebody to help me get a vehicle to get me back to Texas. He told me he wouldn’t have no cars I had to pay for a hotel. I had to takeoff two days of work without Pay just because he wouldn’t drive down the road and get a car and bring it there. I wound up having to get an Uber to take me to another town to get a car. And all he could tell me was, he can’t help me and hang up the phone. I will never never tell anybody about enterprise in Lawton Oklahoma.
