Unreliable!!! I was told there was availability for my booking date but when I arrived there was no availability. Manager was not available and her fill in was unaware of the situation and thus unable to assist me. So not only did this location fail me but the manager at other location (cache rd) who informed me I would be able to book a rental today at this location failed me as well. Lack of communication and poor professional conduct will ensure I never book from these locations again in the future.

I really don’t like to write negative reviews. This experience though was the worst interaction I have had as a customer anywhere. Being dismissed when I called the front desk after being surcharged for damage that I did not cause. They immediately passed the buck to corporate. On top of that, I had photo evidence that I submitted to the provided points of contact. After months of back and forth I ended up just eating the charge, because I was moving for work and the legal fees were not worth it. This is how the whole rental car organizations operate. The physical location was no help in assisting with this issue, and on top of that they were the ones that put the false damage charge on to begin with. From here to their corporate it was an awful experience.

Car was clean and drove well, and it came with a full tank. The lady at the desk was the sweetest ever and explained stuff to me so patiently. They also called to confirm my rental and ended up working out a way to get my car when I arrived at the airport instead of the next morning which made it so much easier for me. 10/10 experience
