  We reserved a truck was given a confirmation number six weeks before the day we needed it. We decided to leave earlier, so I called to see if that would be a problem and was informed that that location does not deal in trucks. What is the point of a confirmation number? A confirmation number is confirming that the vehicle that I selected would be there the day and time I selected. If it wasn’t available, I shouldn’t have been given a confirmation number. A screen on the computer should’ve popped up unavailable. It’s a horrible business model. When I questioned, I was told it’s all about availability. I was called and text multiple times on the day that I was supposed to pick up the truck. I decided I Wasn’t available. It’s all about availability. If you knew that the truck wasn’t gonna be available it shouldn’t be on the website. Do better.

  Called for 2 days. Nobody picked up. Had to go in person, making me late for work. Just to be told they had no cars. My husband called the phone while being inside. They just ignored the phone. 9 a.m. 4/3/26

  They stayed open late for a delayed flight and then got all the patrons through the line quickly. Good car as well.

  ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We rented a car from Enterprise Rent-A-Car for our son’s military graduation in Lawton, and I can’t say enough about the experience. This trip was incredibly meaningful for our family—watching our son graduate and step into his military service is something we’ll remember for the rest of our lives. Enterprise made one important part of that journey completely stress-free. From the moment we arrived, the staff was kind, respectful, and understanding of how important this occasion was to us.The vehicle was clean, reliable, and ready to go, which allowed us to focus on what truly mattered: being present, celebrating our son, and making memories together as a family.
