So I made the 26 extra mile trip to BA and 73.50 more in a full set of 4 tires. The first set I got from you 3 years ago I was so happy with and I'm sure I would've been happy with the next set but that lady was just to much.

The ladies I spoke with at the desks were extremely welcoming, knowledgeable and friendly. They didn't act condescending or attempt to make me feel inferior like so many men do at other vehicle related establishments. I was very appreciative of that and their understanding of my budget and needs. My vehicle was worked on and the parts replaced and fixed in an extremely timely manner! They were prompt in giving me a call to inform me it was ready for pick up and patient as I dealt with my bank over the phone in the lobby. The mechanic that I briefly spoke with was also very kind and informative. I really liked my experience here and as of right now, will be going back if/when another issue with vehicle should arise.

Not only did they make her change the wrong tires, they told her that her struts were bad and it was gonna cost her over 1k all together to get fixed. She told them she was gonna take her car somewhere else to get a second opinion. They had to have just thrown her car back together, which the owners wife was very rude. Thank god we didn’t let them work on her car anymore cause they were wrong! She has a warped back tire (they didn’t change), a bent rim (they didn’t tell her about), and a horrible wheel alignment! I do not recommend this place.
