Letty is a very professional individual and knows the vehicles she takes care of. I have two high mileage vehicles that I take very good care of and Letty knows how important they are to me and makes sure I get the correct service for each of my vehicles. My girlfriend also brings her vehicle to this Valvoline location after I told her the service I receive there. I always hope Letty is on duty when I arrive at their location. I know with Letty she goes the extra mile to insure I get what I want with my vehicles. Letty is the reason I bring all my vehicles to her. Thank you Letty. John Lawson

The whole crew has been friendly, professional, and knowledgeable, and you can tell they actually know what they’re doing. They work quickly and efficiently, which is really nice when you don’t want to spend half your day getting an oil change. I also really appreciate that they aren’t pushy about recommending additional services or trying to sell you things you don’t need. They explain things, answer your questions, and let you make the decision. Overall, it’s been a great experience every time I’ve been there. It’s hard to find good service these days, so I wanted to take the time to leave a review. I’ll definitely keep going back and would highly recommend them to anyone in the Guthrie area!
