First of all, it's 102 degrees, and from the moment I arrived, Jack was friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful. His positive attitude (even in 102 degrees) and genuine willingness to help really stood out. It’s not often you come across someone who takes such pride in their work and truly cares about the customer experience. Jack is a tremendous asset to the Grove Valvoline team and deserves recognition for the fantastic job he does! This time the attendant actually told me that it would be to my best interest not to use synthetic oil since I have kept conventional oil in my vehicle and it could actually injured the vehicle. I thought this was very professional Professional because they would’ve actually received more payment if I had used the synthetic so I was very appreciative for the honesty.
